Came here for a birthday party and my son loved it. They were very patient with him even when he wanted to go on things that were not yet available or when he was being his daredevil self and jumping off things other 5 year olds wouldn't. The coaches here are so knowledgeable and care about each athlete. Multiple times the coaches spent over an hour of their time during open gym to help me learn a new skill. Anyone wanting to try out ninja or parkour should definitely come check out Movement Lab!

This is a very good ninja warrior/parkour gym. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about the sport. A great experience overall and definitely would recommend.
