I was recommended Michael last yr but for my 2021 filing but i still went somewhere else. I was told he is very professional and that he knows his trade. This yr for my 2022 filing i scheduled an appointment with Michael, i truly regret not going with him sooner. My post wont be enough justice to his assistance. Thank You Michael

Sadly I ended up having my taxes done here, thinking it was great work but that was not true. I paid 397 for one year of taxes ONE YEAR. Unbelievable. Yes the 4 years I believe I used the services here, one year was incorrectly done. I called but Michael would only email me. So he said sorry. Nothing else.I would never recommend this location for business. Unfortunately.

The negative reviews posted do not reflect in any way our experience with Michael and Associates. He has assisted us with our taxes for many years now, and has helped us through some difficult tax challenges, especially when our Federal and State tax filings could not be the same due to tax laws. I would highly recommend his services. The obvious pleasure he gets when explaining the tax laws and math involved is so apparent. I'm glad there are people out there who love to do this kind of stuff, since being interested in something also means they keep up to date and are interested in the details. Michael Crabtree is most certainly one of those people.

Worst service ever. Kept my files sitting at his desk for 6 weeks. Called several times and no status. I stopped by the office and he didn't face me!
