“I want to make it absolutely clear that this review is primarily based on my interaction with their wonderful salesperson, Steve. I decided to get a Sleep Number bed based on a referral from a family member. My husband has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, and besides the bed being comfortable, the adjustable features really appealed to me for those long days in bed after chemo. I visited a store in Brea. When I said I was considering purchasing a mattress only, the sales guy immediately turned off and did not assist us any longer. I left that store feeling unheard and looked upon as prey. I stopped at the San Dimas store to give it another shot. Steve was immediately charming and kind. I came right out front and explained my reasons for wanting the bed and the possibility of only getting the mattress since a friend already had an adjustable frame. Steve was so caring and sympathetic. He listened intently and explained the pros of the Sleep Number frame, without coming off as pushy. He was open to me purchasing the mattress only and took me through the options. He understood the financial impact for me and was careful to explain all the levels and price points. As I listened, I became more open to the idea of purchasing a frame to, thinking I might fall in love with the bed and then have to give the frame back to my friend. As I started to consider purchasing the entire set, Steve went through the different level of frames patiently. I explained to him that I wanted to discuss it with my husband and my friend, and he asked that I send him a picture of the frame so he could ensure compatibility. As I left the store I knew I would purchase that bed from Steve and I would feel confident in my purchase. Thank you, Steve, for all you did for me that day. And for everyone wondering...yes, I love my bed!”

“We had a great and easy experience atMattress Firm, Chino Hills location. Tiffany was the associate that greeted us as we walked in. I usually say I'm "just looking" in hopes that I am left alone to browse and shop without a pushy sales person following me around. However, this was NOT the case with Tiffany. She was friendly, relatable and very helpful. It was easy to talk to her and explain what we were looking for without feeling like she was trying to upsell us on anything. She was able to answer our questions and give us the information we were inquiring about. I was honestly going in there with the intention of just gathering information and testing out a mattress that we had in mind. But Tiffany gave us such a good deal and made it so easy, that we ended up purchasing a mattress and adjustable base before leaving! Delivery is set for tomorrow and I can't wait, thank you Tiffany! “At the suggestion of one of our friends who just loved their new mattress and the service, we tried out to Cost Plus Mattress. So happy we did! The salesperson, Moe was able to assist us in picking the correct mattress for our bodies and the way we sleep. He was able to answer all of our questions about how mattresses should work for us to provide better sleep. We laid on several mattresses before we made a choice. No pressure, only suggestions and logical advice on what we should be looking for. We then made our choice and they mattress was then made to order and delivered a little over a week later. The delivery guys did all the work and were great and hauled away our old mattress! The price was also far more reasonable and will last longer than shopping at some of the other big mattress stores who don't know how to fit a mattress to the person. We are so happy with our new mattress, the delivery people and the salesperson, Moe that we would highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress give Cost Plus Mattress place a try. Two different couples on our recommendations shopped there and were also very happy with their purchase for the same reasons we were. “I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with In Style Furniture! After shopping at other furniture stores, this was a much more pleasant shopping experience. Greg was attentive but also gave time and space for us to look around and shop. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very helpful the entire time. He helped us customize our own couch to the style and color of our liking, and was very upfront about the different costs and types of couches available. Once our order came in (took about 3 weeks for it to be customized) he called us and had it delivered an hour away the same day. Overall a great experience and I 10/10 recommend! Plus the couch is super comfortable :)”

“Service is horrible! I would not recommend doing business with these guys. I called and dropped a $4,000.00 order in the salesman's lap over the phone, paid by credit card in advance, and asked that they pick up my old mattress and bed frame. The sales guy said yes, it's one to one, we'll pick up what you are replacing. When my order was delivered, the delivery guy copped an attitude because he didn't want to take the old frame. First he said it wasn't the same kind of frame. BIG FRIGGEN DEAL!!! Then I had him call the dispatcher while I called Sit N Sleep to tell my sales guy (Kent) what was going on. The dispatcher for the delivery people told me the truck was full and they didn't have room. THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM! They wanted to leave it, nails and screws and all, in my bathroom all over the floor. I asked them to take it outside at least. Sit N Sleep called me back and booked a pick up for 2 days later. Then it rained. When the driver came back, he said "oh no......it's wet!" and proceeded to tell me I should have the city haul it away. He called his office like the last guy did, and left saying he couldn't help me. I will not be doing business with Sit N Sleep in Clairmont , CA anymore, or any location for that matter. I have purchased 4 beds from them in the last 15 years, but no more. I strongly recommend you find a more customer oriented company to deal with. These people don't give a crap about anyone. They are not interested in pleasing the customer and the drivers and delivery people they contract with are even worse. They told me to call them back when it's dry. That sounds like a company that has forgotten where their bread is buttered. UPDATE: Within one hour of posting this review I got a call from a lady named Narda in Sit N Sleep's Customer Service Department. She quickly addressed the issue and rectified it. This more like what I am used to with Sit N Sleep. I want to express my gratitude to Narda. Her actions will likely result in my considering another transaction with this company in the future.”

Price is not cheap compare to other chinese furniture stores but you paid for the high quality. They have many European sofa to choose. We also like Jane's service. Highly recommended.”

Here are the events of today:Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home.10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock.10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress.12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered.1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom!I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though.I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine.Thanks Young and Ken! “I've only gone to Target in this center and everytime usually on Thursdays in morning before 9. It's quiet and dead in there which is great. Use self checkout and never had to wait. In and out in a second and noticed they have a water dispenser for water bottles which is pretty cool.”
