“Best UPS store I've been to. Great employees. I didn't catch the name but the long haired guy with bandana was super helpful and efficient. The older lady (owner I think) there was so nice to the customers. I wish they had pull up parking (tough when you have to carry giant heavy boxes from across the parking lot) but not their fault how the shopping center was designed.”

“This is an amazing UPS store. I needed to ship out some items through UPS and randomly found this place. Generally I do not write a review for a quick 5 minute interaction, but the service was so phenomenal I had to make sure to drop a quick review. Robert was extremely friendly as soon as I entered the store and even helped me with some boxes I had in my car. I've dropped off many packages before at other shipping businesses and the employees will just watch you struggle and hold the door open with your foot while carrying an arm full of boxes into the store... Not this place! I felt like I was VIP or a regular customer. I also had alot of questions from tracking to shipping options and Robert was patient and friendly throughout the entire interaction. I highly recommend this UPS store and will definitely be using them for my services again. Thank you!”

“This place is great. I've been a customer for 7 years. I have all my business mail delivered here and have never had an issue. Every time I go in for a personal matter or to make an Amazon return, the staff is friendly and no packages have ever been lost. The owner is a good person and on top of his staff. I was shocked to see some of these other reviews here, but I think sometimes people conflate a problem that might be more specifically related to UPS in general with just this specific store, which is sad to see. From my perspective you can confidently do business with this location and have a great experience.”

“This business was the only place on a Saturday I could find, after several phone calls, that actually had a notary available to offer the service advertised. Besides that, the mother and son that own this business are very kind snd personable. I highly recommend them.”
“This is a great place to rent a UHaul truck! The owner did an outstanding job of taking my reservation and having my rental available right on time. I will definitely be using their services again when needed. I had called several other local UHaul rentals and none of them were available and/or had the right size truck for me. Plus, this business does a great job of supplying your shipping and printing needs. Friendly atmosphere too! Highly recommend!”

“Shipped internationally to mexico Sonny was amazing! Assisted me from the boxing to the address to making sure my package was on it's correct route ! At some point my box reached its destination and was on hold due to holidays and he was able to look into it and kept me updated until my package was delivered to my loved ones! “We were helped by Christopher and Lisa Smith (owner). Lisa was so kind and helpful. We explained that we went to the Montclair UPS and our packaged was refused by the woman working there. The Montclair location claimed that we needed to put our already packaged item in another box, otherwise they couldn’t accept it. So we came to this (Claremont) location where Christopher printed our receipt as proof of our return and Lisa told us it was not a problem and that they can accept the package and return it to Amazon for us. It took us 30minutes at the Montclair location only to still be turned away but a mere 3minutes at the Claremont location to drop off the package. Thank you Lisa and Christopher!! We really appreciate you! We will be returning to your location going forward! Everyone needs to come here. Fantastic customer service!”
