The experience at the actual office was fine, but they took A YEAR AND A HALF to bill me for the $20 copay. And the bill was sent with a date of service that was over a year after I lived in the state, so I assumed it was a mistake and didn’t hear from them again for almost a year. Then I got a phone call from a blocked number saying they were going to send me to collections. This is OVER TWO YEARS after the fact, and it was for literally $20. I’m super appalled by this business practice. It’s absolutely absurd to be that behind on your billing. Get it together, Magan.

I like Dr. Brady, but she's always late in the mornings. Then she rushes her patients in and out because of her tardiness. Not cool or appreciated.

I've been coming here since I was pregnant with my daughter. I didn't want to go through the hassle of going somewhere else since they had my info. Fast forward she's almost 2 and I decided to get off the IUD. Automatically Dr. Brady assumes I wanted to start a familY I said yes but not now. My appointment was over (this was 10/31) and she gives ZERO details as to where or what I'm supposed to do in getting an ultrasound d. THREE WEEKS later I come to my appointment and to be told I will not be getting an ultrasound and I should've been contacted my radiologist WHO CONTACTED ME THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. The lady who took my weight and blood pressure the need to make a very rude comment saying my daughter bottle is a very big supply cup, okay lady I know where you're getting at and then want to ask the age. Just be blunt and say what you'd like to say. I've never had a positive experience at all oh and not oNly that dr. Easy never asked if I wanted birth control because she just assumed I didn't want it. Please find somewhere else Megan doesn't have low stars for no reason. The two ladies that chk u in mighf be the only positive thing with that establishment. This is the push I needed to look else where regardless of my history.

Worst clinic ever. I went here for about 2 years and then one day I was told my doctor was being let go and to come pick up my records. I have been unable to get birth control refilled because of their LAZY staff! They don't treat you like a human and then will question why you need a prescription refilled. You can never get anyone to answer the phone and their voicemail is full. See another OBGYN and save yourself the horrible headache I have had for the past 4 months!

I was a patient of Dr. Morales - he was my OBGYN doctor since 2017. He was great...very nice and very helpful. I got pregnant Dec. 2018. He continue to be my doctor and they introduced Dr. Pascual which was also very nice. Everything was fine, until I received a call one day and they let me know they would no longer have me as a patient and I would need to find another doctor. This was at 5 months pregnant. I could not believe this happened to. Luckily, I was able to find another doctor after a few other ones turned me away. All other services at Magan have been meh so I don't miss it and I will not be utilizing any of the other Magan branches.

The one star is for the nurses ONLY; specifically Anna. She was a godsend! I'm going to miss these ladies!! BUT I am soooooo happy Dr's Morales and Pasqual QUIT! I've heard HORRIBLE things about Pasqual, but Morales is the worst of all! The day I was supposed to have my PAP, it was rescheduled to my next appointment; therefore, my blood was drawn first and sent to LabCorp. One week later, had my PAP and got the call that I had vaginosis. This means I had a curable vaginal infection. Then I get an urgent call from Dr Morales saying my HIV test came back positive. I'm sure you can imagine how hard a 1st time, 35 yr old pregnant woman would take that news. After a shitton of research, going through my medical books and testing HIV NEGATIVE at a different clinic, I discovered that ANY sexual infection WILL give a false positive. FYI, my test said positive for AN infection, but negative for HIV. Dr. Morales was less than empathetic or compassionate in delivering the misunderstood test results and even during the ultrasound, he might as well have fallen asleep. Had my PAP been done first, medication completed, THEN a blood test for STD/STI, the HIV test would have been an accurate negative. Morales doesn't know how to read, to be human, or how be a real doctor. GOOD RIDDANCE!

I have used Magan for everything for at least 15 years. I always thought they were ok...... But the day of my ultrasound, I get a call saying administration decided to no longer service the OB practice and are dropping all their pregnant patients including dropping my appointment that was scheduled for only a few hours after the call. I can no longer support a company that stands by such an unethical decision. How do you feel right dropping a pregnant woman from services mid pregnancy?!? I feel terrible for the women that are farther along than me. So now I sit and wait, for what could possibly be weeks until I finally see a doctor.

The quality and service of Magan has completely diminished. The staff needs training in customer service. Their doctors need a lesson in moral & ethics training. The only good thing about this place is the convenience that everything is in one facility. However the convenience doesn't out weigh the experience, frustration and disappointment. Especially when it has to do with your health!
