This was my first time here at lucky feet I was shy to come at first but then Samantha helped me find exactly what i needed. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I used this machine for my feet to find out what products they have for my feet. The shoes and inserts are amazing. I felt the difference in my walk and feet instantly. Cleanliness is on point, they have a wide variety of shoes to choose from. The staff was very patient with my mom and I. I had a lot of questions and they listened to all my concerns about my pain in my feet. Both girls were great. Thank you girls for being so helpful.

Used to love coming to this store. Today was a disappointment customer service was really bad. The guy with the long hair seemed very upset and throwing the shoe boxes. I had to walk out. I don’t have him or the girl working there. I don’t have them working there if they are not happy working there!!!! Have them one star because that’s the lowest I am allowed to give them!!

You can very clearly tell that their staff here cares about getting you the right shoe. I tried on two different sizes, maybe about 4-5 different pairs & Cameron was amazing and very patient. He is super approachable, sweet, and very genuine! Thank you for finding the perfect Hoka’s for me & for just being overall great to talk to. I also work at a shoe store and knows what it takes to be a great associate. Thank you, Cameron! I will definitely be coming back.

Went to Lucky Feet two days ago in San Dimas. Had an issue with my left foot a year after surgery and was referred to Lucky's by my cousin. By now, I did my homework and read nothing but positive reviews on a salesman name Cameron. Well, Cameron I got and, the reviews were true. Not only did he listen to the problem I was having but, he made a few recommendations and I walked out extremely satisfied. Thank you Cameron. You're going far.

I have purchased five pairs of shoes from Lucky Feet Shoes in San Dimas and have been thrilled with all of them. I love the people who work in that store. They take the time, however long it takes, to ensure you get exactly what you need, and they are friendly and funny too. After decades of being less than kind to my feet - high heels, pointed toes, etc., I am now at that stage in my life where comfortable shoes lead to happy feet which in turn lead to a comfortable and happy me. Lucky Feet Shoes is my go-to store for all my footwear needs. Please don't ever close up shop!!!

I would give this place zero stars if an option. We walked in just now and noticed to associates being attentive to their customers, not bouncing in between other customers. We waited with no issue. The next available associate finished ringing up a customer and then came to help us. After we got two pairs of shoes to try on, he went to the next customer and stopped helping us. Not sure why we were treated differently than the other customers there. Bad service.

I came in today looking for shoes. Anna did such a great job providing excellent customer service. She also showed me the value in the shoe and did not stop showing me shoes until I was provided with the best one for me. Would recommend to anyone!
