I used to come here before work. Now they don’t open till 6. The one thing about being a big chain is they are open early early or 24/7. I guess the shell is the new go to store. Small mom and pop shops usually have higher prices too. It s bummer it’s not circle K anymore.

This was a Circle K store. For some reason, Circle K after at least 50 years, pulled out--I know, I used to go there when I was 12. Although the name has changed, the store is still very similar.Kudos to the owners who have called it the Korner Market. The "K" is prominently red and bold reminding you of the Circle K logo, but not close enough to infringe on its copyright--good job guys. The other guys that worked there went to the Circle K near La Verner University--a busy store for obvious reasons. BUT Shawn is still there--the manager, not the original Shawn that used to work at Family Fitness. :).Basically, it is the same store--in fact, they repainted the lines so you can now know where to definitively park. The new management is working on its pricing scheme--as all new take overs do.The people are friendly, although the faces have changed. Although I am older, I value service over what people look like--and the service, at least right know, is better. You are greeted upon coming into the store by all employees. The prices are the same in most cases, the hotdogs are still like the Simpsons in the Quickie Mart :) as before...There is still some kind of Icey machine. Quick foods still there...love the smoked provolone and prosciutto. One new thing I saw...doggie treats at the register. Those are POP display items for impulse buys, BUT I did buy a few for my dogs--be careful, they are next to the human Slim Jim's...might need more clarifying sign.I have been in San Dimas since '65, things change. Keep the Korner Market going...Good Job guys
