Rn/receptionist who called on behalf of my doctor to schedule a phone call appt was so awful.
Lacked sympathy/options when telling her my situation, and symptoms i was having.
She told me 'if it was important you'd be called sooner. Super, super upsetting experience.
All together time from lab- to my next phone call =almost 4 weeks.
Mind you, the doctor was amazing!!!

Went to San Dimas Kaiser Today. Nothing serious just blood pressure but I have never met such an awesome doctor in my life. And I'm old been with Kaiser 29 years. And I've never met such a positive awesome attitude awesome energy. I have the best time just going to a doctor's appointment. What a great experience that was. You know I didn't even mind waiting for my prescription cuz I had such a great attitude and in a great mood from having a great experience. Kudos to you all. Thank you for your time and attention.

Don’t waste your time going to pharmacy. The in take reps are slow and not helpful. Faster if you order on line at the pace they go. Never will I go back to this location. I waited 20 mins and the guy didn’t ask for help when the line was out the door. I left and I was next. Don’t bother with this clinic go to another.

Awful Experience. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you have to take a number and wait in line anyways? Very poor customer service

Alvarado Maritza Md, is rude, arrogant and a bully. from the beginning of the call she threatened me that she will end the call the only thing I did was to answer her questions clearly and straight to the point, she was literally screaming at me, "you don’t seem to understand my question!'' she kept raising her voice at me. I was really sick, I am slow, I have to focus on the symptoms only, be clear and fast, I know she has a lot of patients. I really hope that she could listen to her calls so she can learn how horrible she sounds when she is speaking to patients, I hope she learns how to provide KP service, I don't think that I have ever heard of KPMDs raising their voice at patients when they are sick.

I am currently pregnant and my male OBGYN Edpao has been so mean and unkind! He literally makes me worry about my pregnancy instead feeling happiness and excitement I feel stressed and worried. He also stated he does not care about his patient's health because it’s not affecting him! I cried so much I still get emotional. As a health care provider he should care about his patients well being!! And the nurses in the ob department so far are just as bad no customer service whatsoever.

The parking is ok most of the time. The doctors and nurses show care and concerns for me while I'm there. The pharmacy is always to busy with long line. Other than that I always have a pretty good experience.

My experience with Jameson Reyes Mendoza was absolutely awful, punctuated by classless, dismissive, and curt behavior.
Since joining Kaiser, it has been quite an unpleasant experience, and I have yet to find a doctor who can listen and not operate in arrogance and disdain. I have deferred my health care because of unfavorable past experiences. Jameson has made me lean more toward not going to the doctor based on his inability to listen and disrespectful tone.
The first and last exchange with Jameson has been deeply concerning, and he could benefit from some compassion, cultural, and empathetic listening training because his approach is rot and offensive. He should never miss an opportunity to stop talking and listen, which seems like a growth area for him. In his profile, he says, “I want to be the cornerstone of the community…I am passionate about working with members to achieve their medical goals.” This terrible visit proved that he must only apply that to certain members because there wasn’t a shred of evidence to support his statement.
After mustering the courage to return to a doctor to get help, I was instead met with unwarranted quips and vexatious commentary, and I don’t expect a doctor to be discompassionate and an agitator. I would NOT recommend him to take care of a stuffed animal, let alone a human. Kaiser should refund my copay!

New at kaiser, and it went fast and smoothly. Met my doctor for the very first time, got a physical, and blood drawn all under 2 hours. I like how you can do everything within the app as well.

Valet parking in a medical setting while there isn't enough normal parking. The pharmacy has a worse wait time than a cvs and the pharmacist is clearly too overworked to do basic math. This is a terrible facility and the only Kaiser deep in the San Gabriel Valley

Jameson Reyes Mendoza, after the first time seeing he did not care about me anymore. He saw I was a healthy person and did not care about anything I said anymore. I had heath concerns and he proceeded to not letting me talk. Telling I need to stop talking and letting him talk and when I tried to talk always interupting and when I said what he was doing... he didn't even acknowledge it. I wanted to start going to the doctors for my health but experience with him.... I understand why you should never go to the doctors EVER

Working in healthcare myself I can be a tough critic but I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Gámez today because my PCP was not available . Dr Gámez is a great doctor and you can tell he really cares about his patients . He was kind , caring and professional . Not once did I feel rushed he took his time and answered all my questions . Dr Gámez is an excellent doctor.
