“I drive from Rancho Cocaconga to this store. It is the best store. Their prices are cheaper than other stores. Some items are $3 cheaper than the stores in Rancho, especially the Arabic goods. I advise everyone to visit this store. They have a variety of goods. They also have excellent customer service.Me and wife save like 250 dollars monthly since we start to shop here
The meat and deli department are prefect every thing is fresh and they give you chance to try everything thing from the deli before you buy”
“Bought the bi-weekly purchases of raw nuts and a few seeds for Macaw Parrots! and some organic fruits & veggies! Never disappointed, large selections to choice from and diary and cheese have been superb!”
“Clean, well-stocked, and a friendly staff who always seem to go the extra mile for their customers. There are other Stater Bros locations nearby, but this one BY FAR is the best.”
“Two weekends ago, my dear friend & her family plus my eldest daughter & I enjoyed a delicious All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) sushi dinner at Show Sushi in San Dimas. Afterwards, I suggested we get some ice cream from Rite-Aid. Hey, just because we had AYCE doesn't mean we can't have ice cream LOL. Well, it turned out Rite-Aid is no longer in business at that plaza... bummer, I used to go to that Rite-Aid to fill my prescriptions when I used to work in San Dimas. There was a sense of sadness as I had a nostalgic moment. I didn't tear, but if I thought long enough, I may have teared... it's just sensitive me. Anyway, we walked down the plaza and saw Smart & Final Extra. I said let's check it out... they may sell ice cream. Wowza, I did not know it is like a miniature Wal-Mart. It has changed a lot since the last time I step foot into a Smart & Final or maybe this one is different since it has Extra in its name... who knows. Nevertheless, glad to have them here. I walked around and finally arrived at the freezer section, and found my ice cream. Yay! Since we had a heavy dinner, we wanted something very light and small... Haagen-Dazs mini caught my eyes... BINGO! My friend got some avocados and we were on our way to the cash register. Staff was okay not too smiley. Prices for ice cream and avocados were reasonable. I have to say it is a cozy and quaint place. I may have to visit Smart & Final more often for some of my shopping needs. Stater Brothers may have some competition since that's where I normally shop for my fruits and vegetables LOL. Anyway, thank you Smart & Final Extra for your presence when we needed a little something sweet after an AYCE sushi!”

1160 Via Verde, San Dimas“Ugh, was bad enough when they closed at 11pm and now they close at 10pm, which I didn't discover until I already went there. Of course it's the only grocery store in the area too and I often work until 10pm. ? There were at least 3 other cars that showed up at the same time as me that were turned away as well, so not sure why the early close time, when there would be business after 10pm.”
“My husband and I were at the meat counter being helped by John P. We had a few questions about chuck steaks and he was very helpful. Then we ordered a pound of bacon and instead of passing it over the counter, John walked around to bring it to us personally. Along with the bacon, John handed me a $25 Stater Bros gift certificate and said this was his good deed for the day. i was so surprised and thanked him and asked if I could hug him. Since that day I have seen John P in the dairy section and at the check-out. He must be a Jack of all trades and definitely an asset to Stater Bros. His Managers need to know what a great person he is. So glad to have met him. Kathleen”

“I've been shopping here for the past decade and a half and I am satisfied with the selections they have of canned goods, ice cream, dairy products, jarred goods, and baked products. They also have specials and discounts from time to time, so just pay attention to updates from the app. Whatever your budget is, you can make it work here. I adore the employees. They are always kind to me and treat me and my family so well. We always exchange pleasantries and I've gotten to know many of them through the years. During the pandemic, being able to chat with them kept me sane. They were my only in-person socialisation! I also appreciate that there is a Starbucks here (and they offer lots of deals through the app) so I can get my caffeine fix before I start shopping. There's also a UPS drop off station that serves as an Amazon return center and offers various other services like notarizations. I always feel super productive anytime I'm at Albertsons. It is so great that the grocery is organized, well-lit and clean. And all the carts have wheels that work properly - don't you just hate it when you get a cart that has only 2 or 3 of the wheels that turn? You'll never have that issue here. Sometimes when I'm having a bad day, I come here to decompress. I'm not sure why but being here always cheers me up. Know though that you'll always bring home more stuff than you expected (because they offer great deals!) so make sure you give yourself a nice pep talk prior to entering and stick to that budget!”
“You gotta love a drive through dairy. I drive through anytime I want something quick. Where else can you drive up to pick up milk, a bag of ice and lottery tickets. Employees are always so nice and helpful.”
