“If you have a chance to visit this place, do it! Their little market is great with fresh fruit and veg! They have products from local small businesses and i think their produce is local as well (possibly from Cal Poly or Mt. Sac)”

“This is a very unique store. We've heard that the local honey is popular so we decided to get some. The area surrounding the store is quite quiet. It's nice for a change! Service was quick as the lines went by quickly.”

“Our office just moved near this place...the sandwiches are really good at a reasonable price...the produce seems a little pricey but I have purchased several items and every one was truly quality and worth every penny of the premium price..I highly recommend this spot”

“The best place all around. Full grocery store without a butcher department and a full nursery. If you shop at Ralph's or Vons and don't mind the super high prices, this is not for you. If you're looking for overpriced, A rated, number one fruits and vegetables, then don't come here. This place is great in every way. It offers deals and choices of everything nature offers of fruits and vegetables. Lots of organic options. You can also find a full blast nursery that includes soil, trees, flowers, herbs indoors, and outdoor plants of almost every style and shape. Good friendly service and most of the staff has been working thier for many years. You can also find a large selection of aisan and Middle Eastern products. It is a must go place to go you would appreciate the find and you'll not regret it.”

“Just had a great shopping experience at Aldi, Covina.
Thanks, Eric..for being so nice, friendly and helpful for doing extra mile in taking care of my order, even if it was only a very small order. It made my shopping trip fast, easy and pleasant. Love this store more and more”

“First time here picking strawberries. It’s small strawberry patch but there’s plenty of strawberries to pick. We went on a nice day so it was enjoyable and not a lot of people. You get a small box for $10 to fill with strawberries along with scissors for cutting the stems. There’s also a veggie and fruit stand.”

“Aldis' is a great place to shop but since the fitness centre Chuze has opened there literally is NO place to park. It's ridiculous. Guess I'm drive to Upland”

“If you can get over that you cannot survive if the brand name is not on the product you bought, then maybe this is not the place for you. Then I realized that if you approach it as you would generic medicine, you will find it is as good , if not better tastewise, for a whole lot less. This is my go-to place for the basics, bread, butter, eggs, syrup, mix etc. Take a walk thru and see.”

“Nice shop, clean and new! Good prices on many of my favorite foods. Be open minded toward new brands and products, many though unfamiliar are very tasty and of good quality. Worth a try if your trying to save money :)”

“This is my favorite Asian supermarket, The store space is a little bit small but the organization has improved in the past few years, I visited this super marketing since 1996, been here because they have a lot choice products from Taiwan and it also surprise me is the price is not rising too much like other store around this area.”

“Aldi is a good place to start your grocery shopping with. Their prices for some items are lower than other markets. Vegetables are pretty good. You don't get most name brands, but other brand that they have are not too bad for the price. You bag your own groceries. The cashiers sit and scan your items with efficiency back into a cart for you to bag. Make sure you have a quarter to get a cart. You get your quarter back when you return the cart. This is a good idea. I don't see or find their carts in the parking lot. Aldi's also has alot of German foods as well as others. The store is well organized and clean. I go to two (2) different locations and they are similar. This store may not be for everyone, but I enjoy going here.”

“This market is a staple for cooking Southeast Asian cuisine (Vietnamese, Khmer, Laotian, and so on). The quality of fresh meat, fish and produce does not match with the environment. Emphasis here is on the food. They are always well stocked on herbs, which is very important for us.”

“I love shopping Aldi. The prices are great and I love their seasonal and foreign items. It’s always fun to see new items in the store. Service is mixed, some people are nice and some are super rushed and give annoyed looks when you don’t clear the cart fast enough.”

“I'm not sure how long that it has been like this, but (as of 5/20/2024) they have closed off the right-hand entrance when you are outside facing the front of the store. So you must enter and exit through the left-hand entrance. Of course, the exit is to the right when you exit. There's plenty of parking - either right in front or in the aisles too.”

“We are doing the weekly groceries shopping for the week. It has previously Change name from Hong Kong Supermarket to HK2 l. It really improvEd thru out the years. The only complaint that I would have is for them to make sure the freezer to have correct temperatures make sure your ice cream purchased not melted and re freezes with frost Mixtec with ice cream. The place have improved from old Hong Kong Plaza. The Duke bread station has fresh breads made everyday and relived in the morning. They have the new saving program, which if you buy $100 into HK2 cash card they will return 5 dollars to you. Which means if you pay $500 to put into the card you will get $25 savings right off. The only dra back is you cannot lost the cash card. This super market has become clear and more organized than previous. They are not super crowded like near by super markets. I hope this review can bring back some in happy customers to retry the place.”

“Came here to get live Dungeness crabs as they are on deals. Though it seems like other stuff prices higher than other 99 ranch locations but this place is very clean and organized. The staff is also very helpful since we have specific requests on the crab. They are willing to help to fulfill our request. They also had bakery on this location. The store is located in the same complex with daiso, Paris baguette and omomo tea. Very convenient.”

“Always good deals to be had here. Not the newest place but at least they're not trying to kill all the local K-grocery stores to later monopolize and raise prices like Hmart. The small bakery and the noodle shop inside are Def worth trying.”
