You can't return items, just exchange. Also, if you need a receipt, the receipt printer isn't working well and they can't fix it

Came to this dollar tree store location BEFORE closing at 8:40 and the doors were locked and the hours clearly stated they close at 9pm. These people close early, this occurred today 1/9/23

I came to this location 10 min before closing and they were already closed. Doors were locked and no one in sight but they should've been open until 9pm instead of locking there doors beforehand. Terrible service at this location.

This Dollar Tree is an inconvenient location. They don’t keep up with their stuff like any store should even when you really need something, they’re unreliable with having it. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere or to a different location.

Some employees really look like they hate their jobs and are unfriendly, but at least they have the groceries with decent prices for me.

I only come to this store when I absolutely have no other choice. A couple of the cashiers/employees that work there are extremely rude. They seem to always be upset and if you dare ask for a balloon you better believe they will give you attitude and talk about you for asking them to do nothing more than their "job" description. As a cashier you represent your store and at the moment with these rude employees it's not looking pretty.

It's always ok when I go but the one thing that I don't really see when I go to the 99 is there's ONLY 1 register open but when I go to the 99 there are more than 1 register open. That's the only beef I have with Dollar Tree.

Kayla is amazing ? she gets 5 stars in my opinions ✨️ ? very hard worker && very professional kept her cool && was very polite.There was a meth head customer in plaid very dirty yellow teeth,crooked hat yelling that he hates all democrats,that he hates && I quote "fags,god,all immigrants" && the elderly worker with orange skin && dirty very short uneven brown hair&& yellow crooked teeth with messy heavy eyeliner agreed with him && called me a c***. All because I said I would leave a bad review because of her behavior. She said she hates her job && all her neighbors. She turned in her application for her job there && she speaks to the customers like this? Who ever hired her is careless doesn't care how customers are treated. My mother is elderly && im disabled. Your worker committed a hate crime of verbal violence. I will come back with my lawyer to speak to the manager && also to sue the individual who is uneducated enough to use such foul language && call me the c word.
