I use this pharmacy's drive through option once a month. This last month I was helped by Natalie and she was SO NICE and helpful! I hope the management at CVS reads these reviews because this girl deserves some recognition! I wish all of the employees were as friendly and kind as her.

Get your prescription some place else. They are unwilling to help and RUDE. For those of you reading this, thinking "well since covid"... just stop. They've had plenty of time to get their act together at this location. They will do the bear minimum at best. Coming from a family of pharmacists and techs, this is disgusting to watch. It's pretty bad when the one lady who used to be the worst/rudest person there, is actually nicer than most of them. If you've gone to this location long enough, you know exactly who I'm talking about.

This CVS has a convenient drive-through pharmacy. The staff is pretty low so if you are looking for Hill, you will need to go to the register. Some staff are friendly and helpful while others seem a little annoyed. They do have some food hot and it shelf temperature, not a huge variety of the store is always clean and quiet. They do tend to have the shelves stocked pretty well. There is a photo printing area, they do not print larger than 8 x 10 in the store.

This is a good CVS location. A good size, overall good service, and they'll have what you need. My only comment would be that the pharmacy is often extremely slow. There computers often have problems and so have stopped going through self checkout because 80% of the time, I have an issue with it.

Clean store, nice staff. Easy to find what I am looking for when I go in to shop. Looking for mother's day gift, and I found one

The staff there are really rude. I asked the clerk if she could check me out and instead she led me to the self checkout which got stuck 3 times. So now the only way you can check out there is Self check out because the clerks don't want to check you out? Zero ckerks at the counter then you find one and they direct you to self check out and rude about it on top of that? No thanks..

Pharmacy only, store seems okay, overwhelmed and understaffed. Pharmacy has no clue. I've gone back several times for a prescription after they've told me to go back...still out of stock? Tons of boxes all over the floor & the cashier just looks at all the boxes & the head clerk tells him to tell me that the meds didn't come in? They haven't even opened the mountain of boxes? Don't care about customers, aren't even checking supplies? Just making excuses...transferring all my prescriptions today

Nice CVS pharmacy and I definitely go there for convenience. But I have to take major sttars away due to the homeless population in the entire plaza, the homeless people being aggressive and even doing drugs. If I had kids I would not want them to accompany me.

Both pharmacist and lady behind the counter are super rude. They obviously do not want to give vaccinations. It says it's walk in but then tell you there's no appointment available until later today because they have to defrost the vaccination. So why offer walk in's ?

The pharmacy was backed up due to Covid Vaccinations. Finally got to the counter to ask for Claritin D24 hours to find out that they were out of stock. I was bummed but continued. I continued to complete my shopping of essentials and approached the checkout line. It was also backed up. One singe cashier Joseph was running the show. Joseph was calm collective and proactive. Providing attentive customer service to photo side questions, keeping the check out line running and assisting the self checkout. Truly made my day knowing that throughout the business Covid chaos people like Joseph are able to assist us all with a positive and professional matter.

I went in looking for a specific item and couldn't find it on the floor so I asked an employee for help. He could not find it to which I stated it's likely they just don't have it which was fine. He insisted he help find the item and spoke to his manager who found exactly what I needed.

I would never go back to this CVS again. I was in need of my BP meds and transitioning to a new insurance company. I accidentally gave my new Dr this CVS branch thinking it's one of the providers for my insurance. Turns out it's not. So I had to pay cash $25 for my first batch. I came back for my refill when I had the insurance and they left me a message that insurance will now cover. My insurance sent me notice too. When I picked up my meds they said my co pay was $25 (the same amount! I asked why? They said it was my co pay and the amount i paid cash for) and said i would have paid $40 without insurance! So that means they are charging my insurance more! Wow! What a Rip off!?? So they are charging me what I would have paid cash for and then charging my insurance too? So I cancelled it and went to Costco. They said cash would have been $25 and with insurance I only paid $.89 cents! I'm sticking with the honest company. Costco! I suggest you do too! Need to make sure they don't do that to anyone else.

I am an essential worker and I was in a lot of pain today I had my doctor described me some medication to the pharmacy there I was the only African-American in the store I called and asked the lady is there a way I can get my medicine delivered because I was in a lot of pain the lady's name that answer the phone her name was Emily Emily told me that I was not in my element and I needed to not come into the store because my client is not welcomed her being a Caucasian woman knowing that she went to school at the pharmacy tech should not be allowed to talk to any fellow customers especially anyone who's in extremely lot of pain I was highly felt disrespected when I went to the CVS manager she refused to take my complaint down told me to come in another day then going to have a nerve to tell me to stand there after waiting 5 minutes after I'm in a lot of pain just to tell me she wasn't going to be able to take my complaint as an African-American I asked all my fellow black lives matter people not to shop at the CVS in San Dimas North support their business as a black African-American woman who works for the state are the essential worker we should not be able to be treated like this we should stand up again it's all racism it comes in many shapes and forms and this shall not be tolerated I have all my black people to spend your money somewhere else do not spend your money in San Dimas this old racist city has really put a toll on me it really has opened up my eyes to let me know racism is still with is still here and they had to nurse to stare at me as I'm walking out the door like if I'm going to steal something I am a registered nurse I work very hard for all the money I have I worked very hard for the career I have and I think you should not be helping people with a poorly unfit statement I'm out of my element what exactly does that mean other than me being a black woman I'm hardly disrespected Holly was our furiated and then for the store manager at CVS to tell me she's not in charge of CA of the CVS Pharmacy and she couldn't take my complaints I thought it was kind of justice is this you're letting him get away with racism so therefore you're apart of them to

I love coming to this cvs even though it's a bit farther from home. Service is always so great and they always have so many sales! I especially love the coupons they have available all the time!

Today when checking out, one of the Extra Bucks Rewards apparently had expired, mind you I just got it on May 10th and it apparently expired May 13th, though that is difficult to read given the extremely tiny font used for the expiration dates. You would think in a time of COVID-19 restrictions to not going out for daily shopping trips CVS would offer more realistic dates. On top of that, the store associate, Ana, that I dealt with was uncourteous and impolite. She felt it was necessary to point out that is why all the Extra Bucks have different expiration dates. Really? This is an appropriate response to give to a customer that is unhappy. When dealing with customers rudeness should not be tolerated by any of your employees. What's more, as I was exciting, she felt it was also appropriate to shout out that I should call 1-800-CVS-CARES while ringing up other customers. Perhaps choosing to shop at CVS because it is conveniently nearby is a poor choice. Maybe seeking out Walgreens or Rite Aide would be a much better choice.
