They have a Coin machine, my wife loves. If I have a deposit to make, I like to hold on to it, till I'm close by I to make my deposits here.”

Although it is on-line banking, when we need to reach someone, they return our calls promptly. We have a checking account,, a savings account, and a loan for a vehicle. We are very happy.”
“Love having Arrowhead Credit Union so close to home with this new location since I've been with them since 2010. Staff is very helpful and friendly as I expected with ACU. The office is a tiny bit tricky to find since it's at the rear corner of a large building. Hopefully this location will grow and move to the front of the building.”
“Today went into this Chaffey C.U. This is my first time coming into this Chaffey. I used to go to the one on Azusa. Tricia, the teller assisted me today. Tricia was courteous, nice and very thoughtful. I conducted my transaction. She even wished me a happy belated birthday and asked what did I do. We had a very nice talk. After completing my transaction, she even reminded me not to forget my cane.They even have coin machine. If you have alot of coins, check them out.I would recommend this Chaffey Credit Union. “Just bought a car using Autoland. This is a car buying service which you can access through the credit union. First time purchasing a car this way. It was seamless and the rep was so helpful-- I highly recommend buying your car this way. They have access to many dealers which gives them a wide array of vehicles to choose from.”
“I've been with FFCU since 1997 and have ALWAYS received the best service plus no monthly account fees. I have purchased 2 cars through their loan dept with interest rates that could not be beat. Best is the online app--extremely easy to use and always accessible--love being able to deposit checks online--with my phone. My Iphone has face recognition, so unless I'm wearing my mask, I can easily check my account balances, transfer funds, etc. Can't understand the other reviewers that say their money is not accessible Mine always is.”
“This is a great credit union. I have had astounding service during the years. Several days ago, I had the wonderful experience of having two exceptional young employees assist me with my auto loan. I had a wonderful reception from Anna Recendez, whom I later found to be the manager. I inquired about an auto loan formy new vehicle. Anna did the numbers and hooked me up with a great interest rate. However, i did have to return at a later date to sign the paperwork. During that particular visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Lidia Marquina. Lidia handled the remaining paperwork and numbers and got me a great interest rate. I signed all the docs and I really felt great about taking my business here.”

“The staff is very kind and helpful. I love they were honest that the wait might take a while but it was only 30min and I expected it to be much longer cause they helped like a good 8 people ahead of me! I got the kindest most informational employee, Alejandra set my account so fast and she was so kind enough to help me apply to a credit line which I got approved thankfully. I never felt like I was asking to much questions and all my questions were answered and she even shared tips and advice for me since I just recently became a military wife. I feel so much support from her and if I have any more questions or worries about my account. I know I have a reliable, knowledgeable, and kind person here at this location! I will HIGHLY recommend Alejandra to anyone reading this review! I won’t be going to any other near by location but this one, thank you for the staff’s amazing customer service!”
“I have been an Arrowhead Credit Union member for over 20 years but I haven't really used many of their financial services except checking, savings, and credit card. Lately I have been shopping around for auto financing. I spoke with Justin here at the Montclair branch. He was incredibly competent, professional, and straightforward while also being friendly. Justin did not hesitate to take his time and thoroughly explain everything. Really great experience overall.”

“When we bought our 2nd home they gave us the best deal and service. Now, with my new car I am financing some part of it, so I can purchase the extended warranty. A way of feeling safer by purchasing A Ford vehicle. However, we shopped around several credit unions. We looked at several Credit unions, some credit unions from work, and we also looked at many other credit unions. Nobody was able to beat their APR, of 3.49. Thank you Mr. D. Soleta and Vanessa”
