Wow wow wow !!! The manager Christina, disgusting attitude. Horrible customer service. It's sad we go there alot for over 6 years now. Everyone has been great. Not sure how she holds this position.

Customer service at the Costco in San Dimas tire department is terrible! I walked in, waited for like 10 to 15 minutes since nobody was at the desk. When I finally asked for help, the employees in the back got all mad at me. The only person who wasn't rude was Samuel. It's disappointing when there is a lack of attentiveness and professionalism from the employees. Waiting for an extended period without assistance was frustrating, and encountering rude behavior only adds to the frustration.

Costco in San Dimas has an indoor food court that I don't see that often in California locations. They have quite a large parking lot as well with other stores surrounding it. I know it's weird but sometimes I like changing up my Costco runs and venturing to other cities just to check them out. I like this one because there is a Yorgutland and also a Habit Burger in the same plaza. They have options for food so if you get hungry afterwards you can stop by at one of the food spots. During different seasons they also carry a lot of interesting products. Such as right now there is a ton of outdoor gear like if you go camping.

i prefer this costco location than city of industry or irwindale. so much more convenient when shopping. no rude people. no mess. nice and helpful staff. our son likes to come to to get samples sometimes. last time we went to irwindale the staff was rude and the customers. i wish they had more kirkland clothing products though! on location.

I want to extend a special thank you to Simon, Danny, and Mario for always going out of their ways to make my life and the lives of my family easier. 5 stars all day for their amazing customer service skills! They’re the hardest workers at the Pharmacy!!

I normally love Costco but today not so much. I stood in line and waited. I tried to return a food item that was unopened and it happened to be expired. I have never tried to return an expired item but I was going to make it and realized it was expired. I asked again after the cashier said I couldn't return it and received another no. At this point it was already scanned because she was distracted talking to a coworker about Starbucks. I reached out through Costco online and they referred me to the warehouse.

Love this Costco, the employees, and the service. Today unfortunately an employee named Vinny (at returns), criticized my decision to return two frozen food items that tasted horrible when making them. Vinny told me that I shouldn't purchase such items if I intend to return them, as if I purposely bought these to return. This comment not only disregards Costco's return policy, which I was merely following, but also undermines the trust and confidence I place in the store's commitment to customer satisfaction.

As a Costco Member for many years I've frequently enjoy the price values. What I yet to enjoy is extended courtesy. Employees rarely smile. No friendly greeting at the entrance. Today I purchased a hot dog and drink . I was given a beverage lid for my drink but it had a crack so I went back to the counter, asked for a new lid. I replaced the lid, and now my hand had a drink. My other hand had a hotdog I left the damaged lid on the counter. The employee was very snarky and said the trash is over there. You left your trash here, she could see my hands were both full and she didn't offer to help me out. As a courtesy to a member, how easy would've been for her to just take care of that for me. I wonder how Sam's Club treats their members.

Most Costco locations are nuts when it comes to parking. Between Chino, Montclair, and Alhambra, this location is the best one. Its parking, gas lines, and checkout lines are the most reasonable in my opinion. The store is usually well stocked and well organized. It's rarely overwhelmingly crowded. Definitely my favorite location in the area.

My happy place! I lived few blocks from this location I'm here pretty much 2- 3 times a week. People are friendly no one will bump your cart while shopping like other Costco locations lol. Staff are friendly and always willing to help and they know most of the locations of the stuff you need. The place is well maintained isle are clean no clutters and well stocked most of the time. Truly recommended go to this location and you guys will see the difference.

Costco, You guys need to open up the space between the tables and soda/condiment area. Carts and people need to pass through and there is not enough space. Today a Karen argued me with me to get out of the way while I was putting catchup on my dog. My cart was butted up against the metal table and ice fridge. I couldn't go anywhere. This Costco was my favorite one because it was quiet in the mornings and I can get my shopping done in :30 minutes. That was over a year ago. It's quickly becoming as bad as Azusa. Even today the soda machines didn't pump out any flavor syrup. I had to settle for the lousy flavors. 2/16 I went back today and the chair tables were moved away from the west wall. It was easier to move around. I'd give the overall rating a 3.5 now. I'll round it up. I need to find a perfect day to go when it's less busy.

Tonight was a good night. Love going to this Costco. Maybe a preferred location, but always clean and aisles neat and orderly. I know it's not a a weekend, but still less busy, but equally as clean. Watched as management walked the aisles, cleaning up boxes and even picking up trash. Not a normal site to see these days. Always a nice trip. Staff are always, or seemingly nice and polite. This is my go-to store location. Azusa is a bit tougher, not as generally clean and organized or stocked up like San Dimas. Anyway, keep it up.

Today, I ran across the most ridiculously restrictive rule regarding membership. I love Sam's Club, so my loyalty is there, but my nephew wants a Costco membership for Christmas. Like a good Auntie, I went to Costco, but instead of selling me the single membership, the cashier said that because I am not a member, I cannot buy a membership for my nephew. REALLY??! I was willing to buy the one (even though I tried to talk my nephew into Sam's Club), but I don't need two. Now, I have to find someone with a membership who can buy my nephew's gift. Just what I need during the holidays, more stress.

DO NOT BUY YOUR XMAS TREE AT COSTCO Bought Christmas trees from Costco San Dimas for many years. Xmas tree roulette! We buy it all tied up and reveal it at home. Always had great results. 7-8 ft for $49.99. Excellent value But now, we went today, 11/26 to get our tree. Very disappointing, the only trees they had were 5-6 ft for $49.99, bad value Not happy but we were there and we purchased the tree. This tree was so pathetic we had to go to Home Depot to buy a smaller tree stand. I'd take it back but it is not worth the time and money. Not a good Costco purchase.
