I love the staff here. They are so helpful. My husband and i have gone in person and called a few times with simple issues and they resolved on the spot. I do wish they had weekend hours but certainly appreciate that they close for weekend giving employees time to enjoy family. Thanks for being in San Dimas. ?Support Local Businesses.❤

Called regarding computer repair vs replacement, spoke with Cody. Even though he didn't repair my computer he walked me through the pros and con a of buying a new computer vs updating the software on my current one. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Will definitely come here if needed.

This establishment was very helpful and good when the old owner Mark was running it. My wife called there to get a couple of questions answer and all they were worried about is trying to sell you something you don't need and that everything you had was completely wrong.Do not trust these people. As far as you can throw them they are con artist, and will scam you just to get an extra buck.

Went to bring in my son's laptop, & I was quickly greeted by a nice lady. Once I told her the issue, she asked one of her teammates to talk to me. My son was not able to log in to his laptop due to a Bit Locker ccide issue. Brian helped me figure out the issue and was able to get the laptop working in under 30 minutes.. Brian was patient as I had to recover a password from wife who was at home. In the end, Brian did not charge me for the diagnosis or the fix for the issue laptop was having. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND coming here for any future laptop concerns.. BIG THANK YOU to Computer Village for their AWESOME customer service! Happy Holidays!
