Did a quick in and our. Unheard of at a bank right?!? Well I was in and out and less than 10 minutes. It was actually pretty empty and I came in right before closing at 4:50pm. Tellers are always so friendly and quick to process my transactions. Nicely located in a shopping center with lots of other shops and plenty of parking.

My wife and I left Wells Fargo after being with them for over 30 years for 2 reasons. First was the seemingly endless scandals. But second was declining customer service; fewer bankers on site, unwillingness to have human interaction, pushing everyone to do everything online, even making appointments online to speak to a banker (can't do THAT at the teller window either).I can't speak for every Chase branch, but this one is where we opened new accounts. The tellers and bankers here are very human-friendly, approachable, and helpful. You CAN make appointments online, and some issues are complex enough that an appointment is needed for face-time. But the bankers and tellers here won't give you side-eye or low-key rudeness if you do ask a question for a simple matter. So far, we're happy here.

I just want to say I had Erik as my banker and he helped me out SO much with applying for a credit card and getting approved! As well as thoroughly going over all the information there is that comes with getting a certain card!

Absolutely terrible customer service and I say this as someone in the financial industry. I was told to wait for the bank manager for 5-6 mins because she was the only one to help me. I waited over 15 minutes to watch her come from the back and sit down and help people in line. Then another person from the bank told me that I needed to continue to wait until she was ready or they may have another branch supervisor come help me. Absolute trash customer service.

Dear Laurie, manager at this Chase Bank, please accept this feedback as my complete pleasure for service rendered by banker Cirena Medina. She helped me understand the banking processes available to me as a client without hesitation or excuses, pretty rare these days. Ms Medina's patience and willingness to assist me as a senior person with certain disabilities made me very pleased to bank at Chase Bank at Lone Hill and Arrow Highway in San Dimas. I'm forever grateful! Thank you Ms.Medina!!!.

Today, my wife had the service one would expect from a bank. Cirena Medina, Relationship Banker, was informative and efficient in taking care of my wife's request.The San Dimas branch (now shutdown) would not help her. My wife was ready to take her business elsewhere if it weren't for Ms. Medina. Thank you for employing Ms. Medina.

I received a letter from Chase that they were closing my original branch and to call Chase to make an appointment to close out my safe deposit box. I live out of state. When I did the person gave me wrong information and would not let me make an appointment. I am now back in South Carolina and will not be going to California any time soon. Now the employees say at Chase that if I don't come in person they will just give the contents of my safe deposit box to the state of California. Even after I flew to California and requested to close out my box. They are just plain stupid at Chase and do not care for their depositors at all.

Wouldt recommend this bank solely based off of the lack of professionalism and customer service from the woman teller i dealt with. She seemed to be a manager , but an older woman, tall and dressed in all black ..(clearly in all black cause she's mourning her life's career path choice) looked miserable andnot as friendly as the others (probably menopausal or something) idk but anyway, I went in to cash a check for my California rent relief and its issued from a chase bank yet according to her they couldn't cash it unless I opened an account. No where online or on their website does it say you're excluded from cashing a chase bank issued check of you aren't an account holder yet she turned me away and made me feel extremely uncomfortable upon asking me for my name and number after showing her the check kind of insinuating suspicion of fraudulent activity or something, didnt mind leaving my info as i have nothing to hide, because according to her a teller would call me to schedule an appointment to set up or open an accou I'm still waiting for their phone call. This was on Monday, it's Friday now. IF YOU WANT TO AVOID DISCRIMINATION DO NOT SET FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR GO TO MORTICIA FOR HELP CAUSE SHE IS HORRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES LISTED ON WEBSITE AS THEY SHOULD. HER RESPONSE TO NOT CASH MY RENT RELIEF CHECK EVEN THOUGH I HAD 2 FORMS OF ID AND READ ALL THE FINE PRINT PRIORTO GOING IN THERE WAS ALL BASED OFF OF HER PERSONAL OPINION AND NOT WHAT THEIR WEBSITE STATES AT ALL. I WILL BE GOING BACK IN JUST YO GET HER NAME and I'll update my review with it later. They have tellers with better attitudes over at the horse and carriage across the parking lot.

Do. Not. Go. To. This. Branch.The general manager here, Laurie Friess, is awful. She was rude unprofessional and completely dismissive. I went there with my children to open accounts for them and this woman could not be bothered to get up and assist us. I was told to return at another time to see a banker. The way she spoke to me was appalling. I'm closing my Chase account and opening kids accounts elsewhere. Disgusting behavior from a manager! She was so rude in front of her employees, other customers, and worst of all my kids (who were excited to open accounts!). Just gross. Horrible experience. This is why this branch has so many one star reviews. Horrible management! Period.

Wish could rate this 10 negative stars because this branch needs to be shut down. Waited for over 2 hours to cash a check. Asked them to call another branch where I usually go they lied saying the other branch nearby was closed. Kept making up some lame excuses why they couldn't give me my money. Never go to this Chase avoid AVOID AVOID. Why this branch is open is BEYOND me.
