Did a quick in and our. Unheard of at a bank right?!? Well I was in and out and less than 10 minutes. It was actually pretty empty and I came in right before closing at 4:50pm. Tellers are always so friendly and quick to process my transactions. Nicely located in a shopping center with lots of other shops and plenty of parking.

I just want to say I had Erik as my banker and he helped me out SO much with applying for a credit card and getting approved! As well as thoroughly going over all the information there is that comes with getting a certain card!

Dear Laurie, manager at this Chase Bank, please accept this feedback as my complete pleasure for service rendered by banker Cirena Medina. She helped me understand the banking processes available to me as a client without hesitation or excuses, pretty rare these days. Ms Medina's patience and willingness to assist me as a senior person with certain disabilities made me very pleased to bank at Chase Bank at Lone Hill and Arrow Highway in San Dimas. I'm forever grateful! Thank you Ms.Medina!!!.

I received a letter from Chase that they were closing my original branch and to call Chase to make an appointment to close out my safe deposit box. I live out of state. When I did the person gave me wrong information and would not let me make an appointment. I am now back in South Carolina and will not be going to California any time soon. Now the employees say at Chase that if I don't come in person they will just give the contents of my safe deposit box to the state of California. Even after I flew to California and requested to close out my box. They are just plain stupid at Chase and do not care for their depositors at all.

Had to wait an hour to talk to someone about an account. Worst bank you can have your money in wether it's business or personal.

Do. Not. Go. To. This. Branch. The general manager here, Laurie Friess, is awful. She was rude unprofessional and completely dismissive. I went there with my children to open accounts for them and this woman could not be bothered to get up and assist us. I was told to return at another time to see a banker. The way she spoke to me was appalling. I'm closing my Chase account and opening kids accounts elsewhere. Disgusting behavior from a manager! She was so rude in front of her employees, other customers, and worst of all my kids (who were excited to open accounts!). Just gross. Horrible experience. This is why this branch has so many one star reviews. Horrible management! Period.

Wish could rate this 10 negative stars because this branch needs to be shut down. Waited for over 2 hours to cash a check. Asked them to call another branch where I usually go they lied saying the other branch nearby was closed. Kept making up some lame excuses why they couldn't give me my money. Never go to this Chase avoid AVOID AVOID. Why this branch is open is BEYOND me.

So disappointed with this bank, Came in 12/14 was helped with Jonas, was unable to help me with my withdrawal. Came on 12/15 again just to wait for 45 mins when Jonas keeps telling me he's almost done with my transaction just in the end to give me a post it number to call and tell me to come back tomorrow. Like How frustrating is that? Had to come twice in the middle of my shift just to get a deposit. I waited for about 45 mins to just grab the rest of my funds. I closed my account already with chase and trying to access the rest of my funds was hard. I transferred to a different bank now, only came to this branch because it was closer to work. Otherwise, I will not return to this branch or the bank with chase.

This particular chase bank is, unfortunately, one of the worst chases around in my opinion. On 3 separate days of multiple calls, I was never able to get a live person on the phone and going in person they were not time efficient by any means. Called about 8 times each day before going in, and unfortunately theres no opinion to leave a message to get a call back. Not sure if they just let the phone ring or what but there's no excuse to miss 20+ calls. A business needs to have a way to be reached... especially a bank. Avoid this branch if you can use one of the others near by, terrible management here. The one close by off Route 66 has never given me a problem!

I'm very disappointed with this branch of chase bank. I've had to use their services multiple times and this branch always seems to be screwed up. Recently I went in to open a new commercial account (I've heard good things about chase commercial). I went into this branch at 2:30pm on a Thursday, stood in line for a teller, then was told to wait for the bankers. I waited about 5 minutes when a concierge came out and told me the banker was busy and couldn't help me until the next Tuesday at 4pm. Wow, I didn't realize bankers were so slammed with work, especially since this particular one was just sitting there on his phone. I asked is there were earlier ones (again) and was then told that last spot was taken, and now had to wait til Wednesday, almost a week from this initial visit. I went back in after changing my schedule around to accommodate, and the time changed again. But this was after 3pm, and the same banker that was "slammed" with work, was now chatting with the concierge guy. Hmm, so busy? Doing what? Playing on your phone? Discussing weekend plans? Needless to say, but I went elsewhere and love my choice. Unfortunately, I didn't get names but that was because I was herded into a "safe spot" behind plastic, and really had little actual contact.

Finally closed my bank account with Chase do to them always taking half my checks they took already three of them and the third time of them taking it was the last straw I closed my account and they said it takes 7 business days to close and 7 business days to send out my remaining balance I called after 14 days of not receiving my remaining balance of my check they're supposed to mail out just for the guy to tell me it's been mailed out I should receive it back another seven business day when I haven't received it just for someone to tell me that it was never sent out so while I it was sent out when it never was so they say okay now it's going to be sent out wait 7 business days I waited seven business days and never got my check I called back just for them to tell me that they lost my check I am so Furious and upset I just been waiting to get my remaining balance just so I can leave and never come back to this thing again now I'm going to file a lawsuit because I am tired of waiting I close this account on the 4th of the beginning of this month now it's about to be July and still haven't got my check and no one even bother to help me

No way to contact them by phone. One of their employees helped a (unknown) person steal money from my account but they won't help me. I guess the next thing to do is file a formal complaint with the attorney general? If anyone has a better idea please contact me.
