“This guys are good. I brought back a battery that died and I couldn't find the receipt. I called and they say I do t need it and they can check it with the battery label. It turns out that my battery was still under warranty and the gave me a prorated price to get a new battery. Thank again for keeping your warranty promise.”

“Needed a battery for my son's car. Saw how expensive they are so we looked here. I pass by this place often. The price for a used battery was less than half of a new one at auto parts store. We are selling car so we didn't need to put in an expensive one. However, I got price for my other car that needs a new battery and price was still almost half! I am coming to get new one too. Service was fast too.”

“Stephen and Joseph saved my bacon! I was having problems with my old 12v battery and brought it in for a check. Stephen pointed out that 10 years was overdue for a battery change and he was right. I brought it in the next day and, when I tried to disconnect the connector around the negative terminal, the terminal post snapped off. Joseph helped me out with a spray acid corrosion foam spray that helped me get the connector off. Then he tracked down the right battery for me and ordered it in. I picked up the replacement battery today, and after a bit of installation, my car was back to humming along like it used to! Many thanks, Stephen and Joseph!”
“I would love to say thank you thank you thank you to the young man who helped take a look at my car when my engine light came on and he used the OD reader thingy and also check my oil.... I did not have any cash on me to give him a tip and I felt so bad when I was driving off......if I'm ever that way again I definitely will bring him something...... what a nice young man.....he just seemed happy to be a help no matter what......... They are lucky to have him as an employee as he really truly cares......I go to O'Reilly's often for car items and this one will always be a good memory..... “This location is my closest local auto parts shop, and I come here often for minor parts and car accessories like air fresheners, car wash products, etc. The reason I come back is because i enjoy walking in and seeing everything so clean and organized every time. The floors are always literally squeaky clean. This is important to me and it keeps me coming back!! Also, i have only had good experiences with the employees there, and they always have what im looking for.”
“Technician did a diagnostic trouble shooting and got a code indicating the problem with my vehicle. Took all of 10 minutes for them to diagnose and get me a printout! All at no charge!”

Grab some parts and get some lunch.They also offer discounted tickets to some of the car shows at Pomona so buy those there if you are going.What can I say? It's an auto parts store and they have parts.If you have a specific part you want, call in advance. “Awesome service from Rene. My car did not store the error code for some reason, he was able to brainstorm with me and had suggested it sounded like a water pump issue.
On my way home I threw another code (water pump) he was more accurate than the computer was.
He communicated the steps and options clearly, and helped me understand everything.
