I went in to upgrade my phone. Simple process I'd imagine. It took at least 10 times for my customer service rep service rep to get it done. I still didn't get my new monthly charges. And whatever you do, do NOT mess around with DirecTV changes there. I was there for over 2 and a half hours. It was amazing. I entered my SSN at least 8 times, my ID handed over at least 8 times. I ended up getting too frustrated and just said "I'm done, forget DirecTV, I'll pay way more but I can NOT waste my time doing this. Customer service guy was good enough but needed Manager approval on everything. Manager kept going back behind locked doors and took 5 minutes everytime the customer rep needed him (A LOT). If you go here, carve out 3 hours, make an appointment (I did), and be ready to have your patience tested. Edit: The phone I wanted wasn't even in stock, so this timeframe did not include the transfer process. I can't even imagine how many times the manager would need to approve this.

I have never been so put down by a store manager. They failed to cancel the service of my dead father after I brought them in the death certificate and 3 months later I'm still getting bills that show they went to collections. I went in there again and spoke with the manager and she was nothing rude to me. She walked up to me like a smartass and said " is it ok if I speak now?" And I told her that she doesn't need to speak to me that way that if she has something to say to me just say it. She said " If I say what I want to say then you will have a bigger problem with me" I feel like just because I am a white male and she is an African American female, I was being discriminated against. I have never met a business manager that is so rude.. Verizon has better customer service by far. I'm going to speak with my attorney and see about going after her job and filing a lawsuit against ATT for discrimination. I had a witness with me plus I recorded the conversation.

Overall pleasant experience while I was in the shop upgrading from another service. When I was quoted for what my monthly bill was I was shown $97 with all add ons (I asked several times if the quote included the selected add ons) but my actual bill was $160. I called AT&T support and found out that all the add ons were not actually included in my original quote and the $97 bill was only after the trade in promotion. Do not let them upsell you on add ons without understanding they are not showing you the quote including add ons.

My daughter and I came in to see if we could get our bill lowered by unnecessary things on our account. There were some things that were deleted and some things added. We were greeted promptly as we entered the store and were helped by Reem Chinder. She was so friendly/sweet very informative, and quick & efficient by looking over our account. I definitely recommend coming to this location.AT&T Store. We came in 2/17/24 ?

Unbelievable patience and assistance from David on a day when their systems were down, he helped my mother activate an existing phone with a SIM Card and transfer a number. I expected at best mediocre service, but David was nothing but incredible.

Love the attitude and the personality of your rep Christian. The experience we had with him has by far been one of the best ones by far! You need to keep him around for as long as you can. Such a great asset to the company!

Don’t come here!!! Beware! Leonardo stole my phone and lied about purchasing options. I only found out after upgrading another phone through customer service. The rep on the phone told me to go back immediately to get my phone. David the manager was defensive and backed his employee at first until he investigated the matter. His attitude quickly changed but still tried to cover for his employee so the store didn’t look bad. It was impossible to cover the multiple lies and account issues that Leonardo did. Wasted so much time at the store and had to wait for the employ to return my phone after his days off. Don’t come here! Call 611 instead much easier. After posting on social media, I had many reach out saying they also had problems and phones turned in to store go missing and they were being charged. No morals or ethics at this store! Stay away!And no my issue hasn’t been resolved to my satisfaction. They still have thief’s working at that San Dimas location! Save your time and energy just call 611

We were never attended to . There was no line in front of us. We sat for 20 minutes while they vaped and chilled in the back room . We left . I guess I'll stay w verizon
