My favorite Albertsons in the area! Customer service anywhere in the store is exceptional. Clean store and always fully stocked. Great chicken at the deli.

My husband and I have shopped here for both in-store and drive-up purchases. The people working here have always been very kind and courteous throughout the entire store. The store is organized very efficiently, and we are able to locate things we need easily. We are especially grateful for the drive-up service that allows us more flexibility in our schedules. The store associate who brings us our groceries has always been attentive and friendly. We really appreciate it!

Too many self checkouts. This is why I prefer going to Trader Joe’s. It was better the way you had it with just a few now you’ve taken away jobs from checkers. The way you re-designed it reminds me of Walmart. Other than that, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the convenience of the pharmacy and I’m sure lots of people enjoy the Starbucks in the store. Store is clean and almost always stocked.

Shout out to the bakery dept. for making a delicious fresh strawberry cake for my husbands birthday! Everyone who helped me at your bakery was extremely polite and professional. The tall young man who helped me place the order was so helpful with going over my options. The cake was so fresh, moist and delicious! Thank you all!!

The fruit and veggie aisle is always a disappointment. Multiple times I've seen ROTTING produce on the shelf. It's not hard to check daily and remove these items...

Live near here and shop here almost everyday. Went to the bakery today and asked about a cake board to purchase as I am making my wife a cake for her birthday and needed the board to place the cake on. Offered to pay for it but bakery person in charge (she) said “nope” as was rude as hell. Will drive a little further from now on and shop at Stater Bros. What happened to customer service, not like I was asking for the board at no cost.

Shout Out to Michael in the meat dept. I won't go into detail, but they didn't have what I needed, he shopped with me, found a substitute, cut it to fit my needs, the came out to the floor to find me to give me my package. What better service can you ask for. Thank you Michael, you made my day special.

Albertsons will always be rather horrible with overpriced goods, terrible, unprofessional management and shady characters all around. Some of the worst within the chain of employees including District Manager Dennis Thomas, Loss Prevention Managers Beverly Stavang and Cory Barnett, Store Director Robert Guyon along with store workers Laura Lopez, Andrew Prado, Myranda Dale, Andrew Reyes, Anthony Jaramillo & Bryan Collins. Some of the worst to deal with, stronzos, stronzos and termagants all around. Very manipulative, vindictive, liar spreaders and more. Then of course horrible Union workers like Carlos Soto and former UCFW president Connie Leyva who hate real freedom and go against human rights and fundamental freedoms. No, it's not because of the times we live in that certain things have to be gone about a certain way, it's that places like California are some of the worst states in the union, filled to the bone with some of the worst people imaginable, filled to the bone with weenies, wimps, weaklings, wussies that are incredibly weak and pathetic, have countless irrational fears, are afraid of inanimate objects and their own shadow and is just Weenieville Central all around. Right to work laws are necessary for a reason due to the coercive nature and selectiveness that unions tend to bring and their support for Communist, Collectivist edicts. Running you around in circles, insisting there wasn't enough evidence when there indeed was and they simply just did not want to help because they support silly things like Communism, Marxism and Socialism. Then managers like Dennis Thomas constantly yelling and screaming along with sending fabricated responses and omitting anything that makes the corporation look bad and adding things that weren't said and that didn't happen. Funny Mr. Soto wants to insist that they don't want to risk a lawsuit when in actuality, they obviously couldn't care less about getting hit with them as they know how to find ways around them and have enough crooked attorneys to plead their cases. You really don't think constantly screaming at people, making false accusations against them and inflicting them with psychological damage and violating their basic human rights isn't going to risk a lawsuit or something of that sort? Yeah, okay. And places like Walmart get bad reps and all that? They should look at the nature of these grocery stores and the unprofessional, vindictive, dark environment that exists within. A great thing that stores like these continue to go downhill due to the corrupt, lying officials that are employed here and being unfair to those that did absolutely nothing wrong and constantly leaving out specific details that make the company look bad. Not to mention having to twist so many things around to make it in their favor. This old book from the 90s sheds more light on these big wigs. Not to mention the following listed are worse than the likes of Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump even. Then of course Beverly is far from what she says in her Linkedin and is one of the most unprofessional, lying, scandalous termagants that you will ever meet or work with in your lifetime and is one of the worst, manipulative harpies you will ever encounter. Even worse than Annette Cole and unfortunate that the fate Annette Cole faced hasn't happened to Beverly as she heavily deserves that to happen to her. Completely horrible and vile. This is very brief and so much more could be said. Practically endless. These reviews and such from Indeed and others are very spot on. Much, much, much more could be said. Those listed here are even worse than Miss Trunchbull, Marjorie Dursley, Davey Stone and Anthony Weiner. Worse than Jeffrey Epstein even along with Ghislaine Maxwell.

I have lived in La Verne for 35 years and have been going to this Albertsons since they opened. I've always had very good experience when I'm shopping here since it's very well stocked and clean environment. However right before Thanksgiving, I went to the meat department to get some prime rib since it was on special. The staff who helped me, a guy in his 40s not particularly friendly, asked what he can help me with. I asked for the prime rib and he started preparing it and as he was doing it, I politely asked if there were more lamb chops since there were only 3 on display. He appeared irritated and responded with "Can't you tell that I'm the only one here?". What I should've said was "and I'm the only customer here"! Instead I said "thank you" and just left as soon as I got the prime rib. I also returned about 2 weeks later and was unfortunately helped by the same staff. Again he seems irritated that this other customer and I were even buying anything at the meat counter. I understand people have good days and bad days. However as a customer, I expect some type of professionalism when I'm at your establishment. If this staff is not happy with his job he should be placed somewhere in the store where he doesn't need to deal with customers. I'm seriously considering not going to this store because of this but again I've had good experience otherwise. Alternatively if you can tell me his off days I will try to shop on those days. Thank you.

I’ve ordered the Black-forest cake several times and I’m so disappointed. It’s dry and not to mention expensive. I don’t know what happened to their cakes. Two bday cakes for two people in my family ruined ?. Not buying cake from them again. Sorry
