Charged me for a background check, got rejected, and they would not tell me why despite asking on multiple emails. Feels like I got scammed. How is this legal?

ABSOLUTLEY FUCKING TERRIBLE! Second fucking issue w these people and all they can fucking do is say that they're sorry for the unfortunate situation your in. Like do your fucking job and at least help people who are paying the money for the car. TERRIBLE SERVCE. TERRIBLE JUST TERUBLE!
