Terrible customer service, poorly and unethically made clothes, it honestly baffles me how people still shop here.

Stopping by occasionally can give you some surprisingly good findings. The good one go out fast. Return is easy and convenient if you use e-recipe, but the line for return and purchase can be a little long at lunch time. But I went during the sales season, lots ppl buy and return, to me understandable but could be better.
