Such a beautiful studio and such a beautiful community of kind-hearted people! I travelled overseas to do my YTT with them and I’m so grateful I did. They’re unbelievably wise, encouraging, and inspiring. Can’t recommend Yoga One enough!

Yoga One Studio in Mission Hills is fantastic! The space is clean, the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking to practice yoga!
