I had such a great experience here at WMA. The front desk receptionist Jenna was warm and inviting and instantly felt at home. I was even offered coffee or tea. The tax filing was quick and painless, and I felt I was asked the appropriate questions for an easy process. Thank you to Rick for all of your help, I'm so appreciative!

WMA helped us with complicated tax returns relating to state taxes for CA and nonresident issues too. My husband is active duty Navy so he is exempt from paying CA taxes and he's also exempt from his home of record's state taxes. He only pays federal. I, however, pay both. California was charging us through the nose because it "looked" like my husband hadn't paid any state tax. The online programs I had faithfully used in the past failed me this year (2018). Jessica came to my rescue. Not only did she straighten everything out for this year's taxes, she even did an amendment for 2017 because I filed state taxes incorrectly that year, our first year married. She's a consummate professional, friendly, knows her stuff, fair price. I will be returning to her for as long as we are living here in California!

Richard was able to help me in half the time one of those "tax expert" places was, at a price that is unbeatable. I had a horrible experience just a week ago at the "block", so I called Richard and he fit me right into his schedule. Friendly relatable guy, able to talk as if we knew each other for years. Highly recommended, and as long as I'm in the San Diego area will look forward to using him for all financial advise.

I have been using Kyle Kodra since 1998, when he filed my 94, 95, 96 and 97 taxes (don't judge me I was young and broke). Since then he has become a very trusted voice when having any questions about planning and what to do moving forward, at any time of the year. In the last 20 years he has helped not only myself, but several family and friends that I referred to him, generally it is advice over the phone at no charge. He is honest, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and I feel like he always has my best interests in mind. I moved back to AZ in 1999 and still go back to him in San Diego. I would not even consider going anywhere else.

Me and my husband have been getting our taxes done here since 2014. After a very bad experience with another accountant Kyle was a breath of fresh air. He is thorough, prompt, and gives great advice. We feel safe having him handle our taxes. The fees are reasonable and the overall service is great. We will likely be a loyal customer for a very long time!

Last year, I decided to try out WMA because of the great reviews on yelp and I was not disappointed! I just got my taxes done for the second year in a row with Richard. Both times he has been very helpful and thorough, handling my documents and return as if they were his own. I also am very pleased with their fees. I was tired of going to commercial tax places and being charged more and more every year for the same service.
