“Love the price of Costco gas. You cannot beat it. I'm a one-person household, so I really don't shop at Costco. The large packs take forever for me to finish. However, gas prices amazing! Optometry, fantastic. I pay for my membership just for gas and optical services. And it's worth it!”

“Regarding Costco Mission Valley California Warehouse # 488
I have the privelege of being both a Costco loyal member, and a Vendor having served as Brand Ambassador for Honey Smoked Fish Company (HSFC) in Costco warehouses around the nation. I feel that I am very qualifed to give warehouse # 488 a 5☆ rating, 6 ☆s if that was possible.
I recently worked in this warehouse for 3 days from before opening, until after closing. The Costco & CDS (Sample Sales Advisors) deserve impeccable praise for their hard work and dedication, no doubt. Before the doors open through the night, until opening, they work feverishly to make sure that the store is spotless and very accommodating for its members, some 5000 - 6000+ a day. This is not an easy job. Let's be honest, the majority of members are kind. But some (a few) and their kids can be quite inconsiderate. Nonetheless, this store's personnel work diligently on forklifts (women included) with blooms, mops, superior merchandising, and high quality food-safe samples to please all members.
Members are given the benefit of the doubt on returns and alleged member services issues, even when it appears some may not deserve it.
When the store is closed, they play their music genre of choice and work in harmony to please their members. Having visited and worked in many Costco locations, I find this team most outstanding. They do this leaving with aching backs, feet, and tired, but glady return to repeat this rigorous circle the next day.
Warehouse # 488 deserves 6 ☆'s for its team's dedication to satisfying its members, even with current cooler repairs, renovation, and re- merchandising putting additional stress on everyone.
Give them 'their flowers' they deserve it.

• The warehouse Management Team, Jessie, Adam, Brian, Gary, and Zack
• The receiving team and floor staff Nathan, David, and others.
HSFC sold out most of its products at warehouse # 488, and members were excited to be there.
That's all because of warehouse # 488's superior team.”

“What an amazing example of service. I had been driving all over San Diego looking for some acrylic lenses for my motorcycle lights. After trying dealerships, light stores, and another plastics store I discovered Plastipro. Upon calling Peter told me to come on down as he was sure he could help me. He did not lie. Peter was a very friendly, took one look at the lens I had and swiftly went about programming his laser cutter. We spent the time chatting about riding and the fresh cut lenses were ready in no time. Upon attempting to pay he graciously told me there was no charge to a fellow rider!
I was gobsmacked. What a great business and outstanding service. I can't recommend Perter and Plastipro enough.”

The ppl here were always so helpful & kind. Even after I moved out of state and my son might come and pick up the oils, incense, prayer beads, etc…for me they were always so welcoming. My daughter Hollie (Rip)introduced me to this shop in 1995. She wore the fragrance, Night Queen and our family still wears it until this day. “Staff here are more relaxed and friendlier compared to the Costco outlets nearer to LA city. The food court is located along the exterior of the building so the seating area is much larger than most others. More parking around the building also as there’s not many other businesses around.”

Clean employees and friendly and polite professional. They go above and beyond. 5 out of 5 stars clean store 5 out of 5 for pprofessional staff 5 out of 5 for products I highly rrecommended and will be back. Food court is cheaper then costco.”

“Costco is conveniently located about 5min from where I live and I decided to go there for a late lunch. Obviously there were several people waiting for their order when I arrived and I only waited about 5min after placing my order. I ordered the Chicken Bake and the Cold Brew Mocha Freeze. Can't go wrong with the chicken bake which is more my option now since the pizzas are too greasy for me. The Mocha Freeze has been my default coffee choice for a while now. If I can't decide where to get an iced coffee outside in the community, then Costco is where I go. You can't beat the price and the convenience for me.”
“I may not have a green thumb, but fresh flowers are a weekly must for me—and this is my favorite spot for stunning bouquets at a great price.
They’re cupcakes also good ( costco don’t carry) They have lots of option for custom cake and can even order a plain layered cake where you can design it your own. Also, my Sam’s Club Plus membership is absolutely worth it; I love being able to shop as early as 8 AM!
Parking here is also not as bad compared to Costco.”

“Costco is the most confusing place ever. But I feel like this one is so much easier to navigate and understand where things are. Yeah there are occasional times where I'm still lost but there are employees in almost every aisle and they are super responsive to any questions. They know this location like the back of their hand. Which is super cool. But that niceness extends to people in the back of the store. The front of the store people get all the inquiries and frustration of people and so they are a little less helpful. But I would say that the interaction between them and their colleagues are always warm which shows they bond a lot. You can pretty much get everything here at Costco. The selection is vast and huge. It's fantastic for parties or for bulk items. I didn't really know how much bulk items I need or buy! And it's at a super competitive price. The only thing I don't buy at Costco are their fruits and vegetables. I don't think they are of high quality, I think they spoil quickly, and I can find them at lower prices elsewhere. The lines are always long no matter what time of the day you go. Luckily I go often since I live right down the street and usually go to replace one or two items and never to do a full shop. The food court is a bit of a mess. And when I call them to pre order a pizza (this is assuming they answer their phones. They never answer) it feels like I still have to wait an additional 20 minutes after I arrive to actually get it. I think it's better to just show up and order. Parking lot is a death trap. Drive slow and defensively. Generally happy with this location. 4 stars. Not sure if they could ever get to a 5 in my mind unless they redid the entire parking lot.”
