Somehow this mall has not succumbed to the slow death that other malls have across the USA. Its clean, nice, well staffed, and most importantly busy.

Severe water leak at every entry/exit point. Very large puddles of water. Some businesses were affected. Lots of cars. People there were too robotic.I will say this, Van's had the friendliest Sales Associate. Her smile was genuine, infectious and could light up the sky on a stormy night. She made me feel important AND wanted. In other words she didn't "next" me!! I will come back to this particular store to buy my other grandkids shoes.

Signage for UCSD Health was very clear. We expected to have a difficult time finding the medical offices, but it was easy.
