Do not come here for prescriptions. Hours are incorrect on line and on the phone. When asking staff for hours for the next day I was seriously laughed at. If your prescriptions are important or to keep you alive don't come here no one cares.

Every time I would return an item they have excuses. No manager onsite, fedex printer not working or "next time go to the fedex location near here because around this time we are busy to do this - Manager". Don't waste your time here..

Who runs this place!! Seems really disorganized, people at the pharmacy are not able to call you ti let uou know if they got your prescription, if it was covered, if they have it, etc etc such a bad managed store!!!

I love Walgreens. It is my dream to go to a huge Walgreens and just walk up and down each aisle looking for the yellow or orange tags. I like this location. This is where I get my prescriptions and basically everything medical-related. I think there are two managers there and they are both awesome. Pretty much everyone who works there is great. I may be biased due to my love for Walgreens, but I've never had a problem. The only reason it's not a 5-star rating is that they were out of stock of a lot of things, the things I needed but I still love you Walgreens. I wanted the Mucinex DM and halls cough drops but they only had the Walgreens brand, well at a price that I wanted to pay.

I've never been to a Walgreens pharmacy so understaffed. The wait to get any medication has usually been about 30-40 minutes at this location. It's also not unusual for the pharmacy to just be closed during their regular business hours. Have yet to have a good experience here. They are also closed on sundays even though google says they are opened. DO NOT SEND YOUR MEDICATION HERE

This place is the worst place to have your fed-ex packages picked up. I am at this location wasting my time because they are unable to locate my package! I had my package sent to a pick up location for this exact reason. I did not want to deal with a lost package and this incompetent place looses my package. The manager here is also useless and all she can say is she will get back to me that she will cpntinue looking for my package! I will not waste my time and gas again to come pick it up !

Parking lot real dirty ppl tend to drive fast in out of it almost causing accidents , when you walk into store depending on what you need or what you want get its ether sold out /empty and or overlay expensive not a place to shop for a lot stuff only small items , this store small and convenient managers seem to always have attitude -and or to bust to help

Covid vaccine appointment. No one acknowledged me while I waited in the designated line for vaccines. I grabbed the paperwork on my own that I saw on the counter after waiting 5 min at the front of the line. The rx staff finally asked for my id and told me to wait. It's already a half hr past my appointment time. Rude staff.

Worst place for a patient who is in need of medication especially seizure medication. The pharmacist is rude and the technician is even worse with an attitude. If you need your medication don't expect o get from here. Won't be coming back to Walgreens for my family ever again

I am a regular Walgreens customer. I frequently come to this Walgreens location a lot because I live by there. Every time I shop at this store my experience is welcoming and pleasant. The employees are always cheerful and respectable. Even offering help when lost or confused as to where the cookie aisle is. I even have got to the point where the manager recognizes me and greets me every time I arrive. He's a very good man. However, today my experience was horrible. I arrived at around 8:30 with my family to buy some snacks for our movie night and as we were done and began to walk to the counter we were greeted by a very rude lady by the name of Toni. After ringing up all the items we asked if the bags were free due to the pandemic policies of not allowing reusable bags. She said no , which was fine with me. I continued to tell her that it was fine and to continue and charge me for bags. She didn't reply and continued to ring up the items. After ringing up the items, my mother decided to change her mind on her drink and went to grab a different one. However , Toni has already rung up the other drink. We politely asked her to remove the drink in exchange for the other one and she did not look happy. In fact , she looked annoyed and upset. In addition , she didn't charge me for bags and as she walked away as soon as we paid I asked her , "did you charge me for bags?" And she said no and continued to walk away. This made me upset because she obviously was not trying to help us. She looked like she was mad and wanted this transaction to be over with. I spent $35.84 on our snacks, so it was pretty obvious that we needed bags. After asking her, still politely, if she could ring me up some bags she said "no , I have to do it when I ring you up" yet, I had told her I wanted bags. This made me more annoyed because at this point it felt like she was trying to get under my skin. Furious , I simply said "ok that's fine" and told my family "let's go" as we walked out the door struggling to carry our 13 items to the car. I hate to write this review because I know Walgreens provides excellent customer service and it's sad to see that employees like Toni ruin and destroy that positive image and reputation of the company.

I wish Walgreens would spend time cultivating their customer service. I just wasted an hour due to consistently bad customer service. My mother needs a flu shot. I went online and verified the shot was available. Because we had run into issues before (went to store only to be told, NO they didn't have the 65+ shot), I called and spoke to someoone in the pharmacy. The lady was very nice and stated they did have the shot AND the pharmacy was open until 7. My mom got dressed, I picked her up and we arrived and were in line by 6:30pm. Due to only one person helping in the pharmacy, my mom wasn't helped until 6:45pm. She was then told she couldn't get the shot because it had to be done at least 30 mins before pharmacy closing. That's right, they turned her away even though she was in line at 6:30pm, but due to their slow service she didn't get to the window until 6:45pm. My mother is 79 years old. She got up at night and got dressed to get this shot after going to two stores the day before an and walk away without the shot due to those stores not having the vaccine. My issue is, we did everything right and still Walgreens basically told us, 'sucks to be you'. I checked the website and appts are available until 10 mins before pharmacy closing. I didn't make one because I was assured I didn't need one and the lady didn't state any special instructions (arriving 30 mins before) when I called and spoke with someone. We were in line 30 mins before but because of them being slow, we were turned away. Walgreens sucks. This is why they have low ratings. Now my 79 year old mom has to get picked up again tomorrow to try again.

I went to use the atm and buy some water (that was why i stopped at this store) well i saw some items on sale bought them and was satisfied about my shopping experience and the items i found but everything changed when it was time to pay .... customer service is not the best i bought couple items and was expecting for the cashier to tell me will you like to buy a bag but her face look like if she was annoyed ....

Had a wonderful and fast experience, came for some medicine and some snacks and everyone was helpful. Especially the cashier Selena, besides her beautiful smile she was extremely helpful in finding what I needed, plus she had some humor . Love this place

If I can give this store (pharmacy) 5 black holes (opposite of stars) I would!! First of all, other than the pharmacists themselves, there are NEVER the same technicians working more than seemingly a few months. Like, this place just sucks to work at as well and is a reflection in their service. I once had a tech staple my debit card through the magnetic strip while using the drive through and had to go to my bank to request a new one. A mistake, sure. And then they have this automated system that texts you when your Rx is needing a refill. You reply "yes" to the text and supposedly it's supposed to refill automatically. Not once, but twice now I've waited 30 mins in line only to be told that it didn't go through and that the system doesn't work. I was told I need to call in the Rx. So then, why have this supposed automated system if it's not even working right? I had my Rx set to auto refill and this system that's supposed to make things easier messed things up. The only reason why I use this pharmacy is because it's closest to where I live. I've told myself several times to switch to another place which I will now do. The pharmacy at Walgreens on Euclid SUCKS!!! You've been warned.
