Western Pump is a family run, tight knit amazing company. The entire team puts a lot of care and effort into each interaction. The company as a whole stays up on the latest industry trends, and really goes above and beyond for customers and partners.I worked with them as a manufacture partner and notice they are incredibly respectful and professional.I highly recommend doing business with Western Pump.

Not sure what's going on with this company. I called the other day to have some equipment fixed on my gas station and to order some parts. When I spoke to one of the salesmen Ryan on the phone, he put me on hold, except he forgot to mute his telephone's microphone. I heard very strange noises, like men moaning. Not sure if the guy is watching adult films or what, but you don't do that on the job. Due to extreme unprofessionalism and outright degeneracy, I don't think I'll ever be doing business with this company again. Lost my business.

They will ask you to sign a contract for an order. When the time comes to deliver your order they will not honor it and charge you a surcharge, otherwise they will cancel your order. They also have massive delays in shipping time. Don’t do business with this company.

This was our first time working with Western Pump. Working in California is tricky and Western Pump helped us navigate the design, layout, pricing and permitting. Once it was turned over to the field team, they really shined. The client made a lot of last minute changes and Western Pump adapted with pricing, both adds and credits, and advice / options and provided a professional functioning finished product. Tanks, Reels, Fueling, Pumps, dispensers, etc.
