Normally there isn't a line here and staff is friendly. Branch manager has helped me in the past and went above and beyond to help me get answers to an issue I was having with a check.

Came into the branch in Torrey Hills Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 pm. Absolutely NO customers in the bank. Three tellers, two bankers. Asked to close out a few of my kids' bank accounts since they're going to college. One teller calls out to the two bankers sitting and talking to each other "Are either of you available to close out an account?" One of the bankers looks at me from across the room, can't be bothered to stand up and walk over to me, and calls out "Sorry, we're all booked up today." What the actual frick??? Guess what... I'll be closing ALL my account at a different branch. Wells Fargo no longer gets to take care of my money.

This Wells Fargo location has me seriously considering switching banks. I have always had issues at Wells Fargo banks but this one takes the cake. There wasn't a single thing they could help me with. The ATMs at this location weren't working, they couldn't cash a check for me, but above all, the notary refused to help me. The notary said she was appointment only then left and didn't let me schedule an appointment. She went in the back where she was originally and kept chatting up one of the bankers. What a joke, go somewhere else.

Management is outstandingly poor. General customer service was on point but without proper management to step in and take care of unusual situations, then this bank has failed as a good place to leave your assets. I was the first in line. 3 tellers were there. One teller checked out mid shift. There were 7 employees in the main room. A manager watching as two tellers were with the same customers for over 20 minutes. Many checks were being deposited. To make the customers wait through this without opening another register is beyond horrible. This display of inefficiency is the worst I have ever seen banking with Wells Fargo for 20 years. I had to walk out after 20 minutes of being the first in line. I went to the next Wells Fargo bank a few miles north and was in an out of that Wells Fargo in 3 minutes. My recommendation is to fire management, three employees told me it just would be another moment and yet 20 minutes passed. WELL FARGO YOU FAILED WITH THIS LOCATION!

I've been coming here for awhile and I've been coming here for the past 2 times they are closed! And this has nothing to do with the coronavirus! They are considered an essential business!! I had to drive about 6 miles to get to another Wells Fargo branch.

It's a nice bank. The people there are helpful. I just have found that I often have to wait a while to get help since the bankers are busy with other clients.

I went in today to make a deposit and there was a rude teller there. Her hair was greasy and her lashes had dandruff on it. She wouldn't even look at me and barely talked to me. When she did talk she was very sarcastic. Her name is Ashley Smiles and let me tell you, she doesn't smile. She was very uprupt and wouldn't answer my questions. Poor customer service

Not my favorite bank. The tellers are always having personal conversations. The bank has a "can't do" attitude. Always passing the buck. A few times I've been told here, then I go to a different branch and get don't what I need to have happen with no problem.

Refused to close account after multiple calls, kept billing service fee on closed account, the reported me for a late payment and dinged my credit rating.

I used a wells fargo business check to pay someone for a one-time service, this person came to this bank location to cash it and she was unfortunately charged $7.50 fee. She contacted me to let me know and I will be reimbursing her for the fee that Wells Fargo collected to cash their own wells fargo check! Banks are getting worse by the minute!!! On a different note, I'm also tired of all the "pre-approved offers" they send me only to find out that there are all sorts of exclusions. I'm going to look into switching my long time business account to a smaller bank with more reasonable, ethical policies and standards.

Always have problems at this bank..Not a very happy custmer. Branches like this make custmer change bank. What do I get with a sorry l. I just want to deposit that's it..
