Regardless of whether they have enough manpower or not, I still have to say, Dahlak T Haarman who's the Regional Banking Manager at Pacific Highlands Ranch branch, is the most helpful and most friendly person of all the Wells Fargo Banks I have ever been to. I really appreciate her and enjoy going over there.

Always short on staff and carefree, slow service. I waited 25 minutes for the only teller because the rest were at a meeting held in the middle of the day.

This bank actually doesn't want customers. You can't do business with them unless you make an appointment for routine banking needs. Come on people, COVID is not a decent excuse any more. If you operate your business for the total convenience of the handful of employees you can find, then customers will find better service elsewhere which isn't too hard given the low bar you set.

All employees were doing nothing and they asked me make an appointmentHow they can be rude for customersBetter to other branchIt is so waste time to stop by.I stopped by 3445 Del Mar Heights Rd, San Diego, CA 92130 today,01/19/21 and they’re all working and super nice.At that time there’s 4employyees 2girls and 2 guys. And only one customer and except me.I don’t understand why they’re rude and don’t want to work. It is pretty inconvenient to Del Mar Heights but it worth it.

This is our closest Wells Fargo, and it's in the same center as Trader Joe's. I rarely need to go into a branch. The branch staff here are friendly and helpful.

Friendly customer service. Sufficiently staffed, it's nice that people are behind a glass especially with the COVID pandemic. Overall a good branch especially since it's so close to where I live.

Wells Fargo is calling customers to check up on them and see how they are doing during this whole pandemic, in all honestly I didn't know about this , but it is such a kind gesture and it is appreciated more than you know. I got a call this morning from Reggie , he was so caring, genuine, and personable. A real stand up guy , he made my day. Anyways, my experience at this bank and my whole family's experience at the bank has always been amazing. The staff is so attentive and helpful. I think I have had to replace my debit card a hundred times cuz I'm losing it or it gets stolen lol. But they are always so accommodating and understanding. We appreciate you guys and all the work you do, especially during this scary time. Stay safe , stay well, stay blessed, and I hope you all remain uplifted.

Used to love this branch but customer service has gone WAAAAY downhill in the last couple years since they opened. I am a 35 yr account holder with WF, have plenty of money on deposit, have zero history of any deposits being returned, and a credit score of over 800. Yet whenever I make a deposit in this branch, I am treated like a criminal. My (local check) deposits (even my OWN check from another local bank that I am using to transfer money) are held for a ridiculously long time, and if I want cash back I am treated like a criminal. The young, inexperienced tellers here should be given a course in Customer Service 101, and be reminded that customers with a 35 year history with WF and plenty of funds available are the ones ultimately paying for their wages should be treated with a little more courtesy and respect. The rudeness and incompetence also extends to the 'floor' people, who are not only clueless and rude, but refuse to educate themselves on anything other than "what their computer says" despite asking them to call their mortgage department or property loss insurance department, they just keep repeating "what their computer says" (which is incorrect) like a robot. Wells Fargo should try to hire people that can actually THINK - have a brain - and get the facts before they tell long standing customers incorrect information and sit there with a smirk on their face when they are told they keep repeating incorrect information. I will be taking my account of 35 years and all my other banking business elsewhere asap, as well as filing a formal complaint with the Regional Manager for WF.

This is one of the smaller Wells Fargo's in the area. The parking lot isn't very big and can sometime be hard to find parking on a busy day. There is another Wells Fargo just 5 mins away if you can't get a spot here. Staff are friendly and always willing to help!
