This business has very bad customer service in general specially the manager name Nancy she was to provide service ask for my ID I agreed but at the moment to do the return she throw my card away to the window with attitude also my clipboards the I hand it to her nicely also 1 check was staple and she was telling not bring it like it was few different deposits so of course we're separated with clips and staples and I asked for a manager and gladly said I am the manager and started conversation with other cashier in Spanish that's totally rudest employee ever seen in banking

Based on my experiences here, many of the employees are conceited and not the friendliest. Gets busy in here at times. Decently clean environment. Not the best nor worst bank I've seen.

The worst customer service, employees need to learn or practice in how to listen to customers instead of answering in a bad manner to customers, it is understandable the situation right now but the managers may want to learn about empathy.

I went to open a business bank account for my registered business. Non english speaking manager harassing me at door about what my business there is. I'm calmly explaining to him I'm opening a business account and I already have all necessary paperwork. He then proceeds to checklist my paperwork verbally while standing, I don't get treated like a valued customer because it's after work and I'm dirty event though my personal bank acc is with Wells Fargo. Once I make it clear I have all necessary paperwork via PDF he then proceeds to say he can't help me unless it's in print form. Whether that's true or not isn't the issue. But the way I was treated is just despicable. It's like they didn't want to help me open a business account. But the worse part about it is a non english speaking personnel raising his voice at me for no apparent reason on if I even have my paperwork?

Vanessa helped me today. She was very thorough, answered all of my questions with much patience and was extremely nice. The 5 stars are solely because of her wonderful customer service. However, the man seated on the cubicle beside her (not on the other side of the wall) was lacking to his customer.
