Can never reach anyone by phone! I went to this branch to meet with a banker and she promised to follow up on something but I didn’t see any progress so I tried to call her at the phone number on her card, which is also the phone number of the branch. I tried multiple times on several different days at different hours, and no one picked up the call. And there is no way you can leave message to follow up. I just wondered if they were really that busy ( which I don’t think so as every time when I was there, most of the bankers were not that busy ) or it is their policy not to pick up calls. I also sent emails to the banker, and I never received any response. This is not the first time that this branch does not follow up. A few months ago I wanted to get some cash but they didn’t have enough so they asked me to leave a phone number. They promised to call me back the next day to let me know when the cash will be available but it NEVER happened. Come on, Wells Fargo, do you really want business?!

After having not stellar experiences at other Wells Fargo branches, we were able to quickly establish a business account with the small business banker. Nancy Lichtman was prompt and provided excellent customer service. She was able to set up our account efficiently and ensure we had access to the account before we left. I did notice this branch was much busier than the other branches we visited. I would recommend this branch especially over 4S Ranch.

The staff at this location are always amazing. I wanted to try and be ahead of the curve with the banks app. I sat with one of the managers to help me navigate the app better. I can wire money to my daughter through the app instead of sitting with a banker. "Power of banking in my hand" the manager said. Thank you British guy

I would stay far away from this branch. It's a half hour wait with one teller on service at all times. And they always have to go get a manager to figure something out. Absolutely terrible location. Always bad. 45 minutes to do a 2 minute transaction. This kind of service does run rampant in the area however. Maybe it's the water or the guy sleeping at his desk. How embarrassing.

I am in the middle of a name change due to getting married. My husband wrote me a check from his personal acct. and despite us having a joint accts w/ his and my (maiden name ) on it & the name of the account is 'Wedding' and me signing the check maiden name- Married name, - they refused to deposit the check. My husband was on the phobe w/ me as I stood at the teller window. No respect for women in the middle of a name change and the tedious & lengthy process it is !We have more than 5 accts w/ Wells Fargo & I look forward to moving ALL 5 accts to another bank... it will be worth the hassle.

Love this branch! Every time I walk in, someone greets me as soon as I'm in the door. There's not much of a wait at all at the teller line and they're always helpful and friendly. This branch obviously is managed well and it is customer service oriented. I just moved my money from San Diego County Credit Union because of poor customer service. I put my money in this branch at Wells because I really like the service and the branch. They make you feel like you are a valuable customer, unlike the Carmel Valley location of SDCCU.

I have been banking here for 26 years. Great customer service!!! Susan Rezin has always been great with all my banking needs. Lately I needed a bunch of notarizations and Medallion signatures done and Jesse Higbe took great care of me--if I had not been with Susan so long, Jesse would be my banker. And Theresa Minney, the branch manager has always been there to step in and help. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. They all go over and above with their customer service!!

Hadn’t had a bad experience till now, the guys that have assisted me in the past have been nothing but nice, except for today a lady (didn’t get her name, but curly hair kind of brunette) was just being rude, i ask nicely for my stuff and she seemed very annoyed, and just slamming change on the counter that kind f stuff. Maybe she was having a bad day but who knows. It was not a pleasant experience.

Been our bank for 29 years. Today, we needed some Medallion Signatures and some other paperwork notarized. Jesse and Patrick provided excellent service and additional advice on using our debit card internationally. Not all banks provide these services.

Went to Wells bank to buy $35,000 CD. First branch in Valley Center was nearly empty with a couple tellers and one forlorn lady acting busy. After five minutes of waiting I left. As I was going out the door the guard just shook his head. Went to Del Mar Heights branch. Was connected to a "banker". I had a POA (the original)..banker after fumbling around said he had to send a copy of POA to "somewhere" for verification. With that i was out the door..across the street to Chase where they gave me $600 to open an account . Goodbye Wells. I do hope your new President can help you guys out. Right now you really suck.

Came in to change some USD into Pesos and had a lot (~$60) in loose change that I wanted to get bills for, the teller told me they sadly can only take tolled coins, and while I was waiting to change currency I decided to start rolling some coins. The manager, Theresa I believe, came and went above and beyond by helping me roll all $60 and showing me the quickest way to get the job done. Huge thanks, this kind of above and beyond action is what leads me to giving this 5 star review and when combined with friendly smiling tellers leads to a nice and easy going banking experience.
