Getting here is a PITA, only to arrive to one of the slowest lines to get to a teller. The tellers need to do better in the customer service aspect, I have had some rude encounters in past visits. I try to avoid this location but, its the closest to me.

I went there today 30 min before closing, and I wanted to withdraw some money. The guy said they ran out of 100's and I asked if I can get some 50's, he said yes. I also said if I can get some of the crisper ones cause they always give me torn up ones or about to tear and he said he would check what they have. Then some girl stepped in and said they can't give me 50's, it has to be a mix of ehat they have because she has to be fair across the board. I said well that doesn't make sense, the 100's finished and weren't saved and it should be first come first serve like the ones that took all the 100's. She said they can't give me all 50's and I didn't even want much. So I said forget it, that's why I don't come this bank. She should've minded her own business and deal with the person in front of her, but she didn't. And they are always like that there so I won't ever go again. They also act rude as well.

I had an existing account and wanted to open a safe deposit box . After calling a dozen branch I find this branch have safe deposit box . My appointment was at noon , while on my way there it was changed to 2pm to 3pm . I waited patiently until 2:30pm to be denied because I don't have more than a social security card and a valid driver license with an existing account . This place is unprofessional. There's no empathy for people's time . The representative Sergio and Carlos with their branch manager is arrogant . I was treated like an illegal immigrant trying to open a safe box . This place is racist ! So instead of opening a safe deposit box instead I closed my entire account . These clowns don't know how to conduct business . People with low self esteem with big Egos with flowery words . Sergio and bald headed Carlos Thomas are arrogant clowns . With an existing checking account and I can't open a safe box with a valid driver license and a social security with a Visa card . This place abuse their power . Thugs have better respect . Can you imagine taking public transportation with important documents and cash on me ; it was a lot of anxiety . Carlos Thomas is a narcissist!

Excellent customer service! You are approached at the entrance and they asked you "How can we help you today?" Always good to interact with a teller rather than an ATM machine.

This branch manager is extremely inappropriate. I would almost go as far as saying she has a clear bias to say the least. She has a disgusting attitude and not willing to serve all business customers the same. For the 1st time, I'm considering closing our business accounts with Wells Fargo. I have such a sour taste about my experience with her today that I will be filing a formal complaint for discrimination and I have every intention of following it through to a result.

Wells Fargo is trash. The only thing they got going for them is that they put pictures on your card. If you use your card too much they block and decline your transactions. You come to this nonsense location and they NEVER know anything. Its ridiculous. Put your money in a good bank. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

Stop at bank to get a new card. Bad customer service, no one seemed to want to help me. All I wanted a new debit card. They where more intrested who was coming or going to lunch.

I came in today after a series of fraud occurred with my debit card & was helped by Noel San Martin , he was very helpful & had a temporary card ready in no time.. He explained what transpires over the coming days as far as the investigation & getting my funds back & offered to personally contact me in the coming days to check my status.. I walked out of there with a smile on my face after stressing out prior to coming in .. In a time when customer service is rarely the norm , he showed me that it still exists .. Thank you Noel San Martin , I appreciate you & all you did..

The team that was there today in the afternoon did great. I needed to send money and I got it done with them. ? The greeter who was there - when one walks in- was amazing, - to the female behind the desk...too bad it cost me money to send funds from a Wells Fargo account to another Wells Fargo account :( - I wanted to send a fax to give kudos to them anyway for customer service, but wasn't able to yet...

Horrible experience in this bank. My Dad recently passed away and the bank would not honor my Power of Attorney for my Mom. They indicated the doctor's notes indicating my Mom was incapacitated was not written on the correct form. My Mom is 92 and has dementia. No compassion from this bank. No common sense. The letter of the law was the only concern. Needless to say I will be closing our ACCOUNTS. Cancelling our credit cards and banking with a bank that cares about their customers.
