Came here to cash a personal check as they requested 2 forms of ID, this lady named Nicole rudely told me if I had a residential Card. Definitely could've told me differently ways to bring a 2nd form of Identification. Listen ima be honest I have never in my whole life EVER been asked about a residential Card. As an American Latina to be asked that as a US BORN CITIZEN was so disgusting. Literally get a more professional staff that can state ways to bring in another form of ID.

What a horrible bank. I have closed my account and will NEVER bank with Wells Fargo ever again. This bank allowed someone to cash a check I wrote that was not made out to them and then told me it was my fault. Almost $5,000 and now they are telling me it could take up to 60 to get my funds returned to me. Wells Fargo then decided to call me and tell me that I need to call the person who wrongfully deposited my check into their and ask them for my money back??? Are you joking me? If you value your money, take it to a different bank!!
