I wish there was a way to give to zero rating here. Every time you walk into the branch, people are twiddling their thumbs. No one steps up to talk to you or serve your needs. In this particular case, their manager Lorenzo Mata and business correspondent Mina Shah were just sitting there. When asked, they both didn't want to help. Mina said she had an appointment in 10 minutes. She was doing absolutely nothing. All we needed was four pieces of information (beneficiary for an account set up) that would have taken a person of average intelligence less than 2 minutes to note on a piece of paper or a printout. But no! These geniuses did not want to do the work. I'm not sure how these people get hired to work in customer service at these worthless banks.

Today we had a huge issue with our accounts. My wife had contacted bank people. She scheduled an appointment right away. She went to this branch, spoke to this wonderful person Mathew Cawley. He handled our problem with such a professionalism. He was super nice and simple amazing human being. We've been Wells Fargo people for over 30 years, and the never let us down. But Matthew had taken too the next level.Go 4S ranch branch!!!!

Admittedly, I only use this Wells Fargo branch for its drive-thru ATM. It is easy to access and certainly convenient to my shopping in 4S Commons.

Customer service here is atrociously bad. I'd really suggest anywhere else... waste of time.

How can a bank not answer their phones, every day and lots of times during the day. Pathetic

This location used to be good. With the new management there's fewer people day by day. Longer wait times, and If you need to do a wire transfer your told, to do it online. We pay for your service and we should receive it.

I like this Wells Fargo location a lot but Yadiri made my day bad first she was treating me suspicious ? I was ? ask ur verification Questions then treat someone suspicious if u get wrong answer I also requested for new $100 bills she didn’t provide it to me even though she had the new bills so I’m requesting the manager at this location to hire welcoming professionals not someone who ruins costumers day.

I am very disappointed that the 4s branch is no longer open on Saturdays. It's a huge inconvenience. Not sure why they closed.

I am very disappointed. Our family has had accounts at Wells Fargo for over 30 years including checking, savings and mortgages, always in good standing. Our son who recently graduated from college was denied a credit card in spite of having a fairly large saving account thanks to saving but he had no credit history... not many 21 years olds do. I am very disappointed in the lack of loyalty to long term customers who are in good standing. We are considering moving our family accounts.

Visited here to create an account, and they were responsive, quick, safe, and efficient. They were respectful and mindful and followed all the precautions. I was able to take care of the business I had during a lunch break, and they even scheduled a follow up call to see if there was anything I needed that was not discussed during my meeting. Would highly recommend.

Being a customer for 40 yrs I wish I could give 5 stars. Sadly Wells Fargo is shutting this location down at 12 noon on Saturdays which is an absolute joke. As a local business owner this is very frustrating.

Went in today to make a few deposits and transfers and was approached and told that I needed a face mask to be inside the building because of Covid-19 and the recent health order declared by San Diego County. I calmly explained to one of the employees that I had a health condition that wouldn't allow me to wear a face covering and that I was exempt. There were still issues and so I ended up having to speak with the branch manager on site, Katie Stevenson, and she told me that I had to leave the premise or wear a face mask despite my efforts to explain to her that I could not because of my medical condition. Not wanting to cause a scene, I left the building and went outside to find the health order so I could physically show her a copy of San Diego county's health order, which specifically states that "Persons with a medical or mental health condition, or developmental disability that prevents wearing a face covering shall be exempt from this requirement." (Section 9 -- Shortly thereafter (2 minutes), Ms. Stevenson, refused to come out of her office because of a "conference call" that she would be on for the next hour. I waited for 20 minutes to speak to her, and decided it would be best to make the deposits in the ATM outside that were possible to be made and revisit the issue as well as the rest of my business with Wells Fargo later when I had more time. The level of customer service was well below average, the competency in being able to understand and enforce the health order properly was well below average, and my overall experience was quite shocking. I hate to play the victim card, but I feel like I was refused service based off of a health condition I had simply because Ms. Stevenson did not fully understand or properly enforce the health orders that are currently in place. It's too bad the leader of this organization resorted to being led by fear rather than sound understanding and reason.

It's Monday April 6th and the Small Business Administration Paycheck Protection only became available on Friday April 3rd and you've already decided to stop taking applications?! Way to drop the ball on all of your Small Business clients. We'll be closing our accounts with you. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service yet once again.

Whatever you don't do business with a Wells Fargo. They are hands down the worst of the biggest banks in Corporate America. I always like to preschedule my payment so that they are on time. Wells Fargo always withdraws money prior to the scheduled payment date or they take their sweet a** time processing a payment to show that reflection and charge you left and right with overdraft fees that shouldn't be there even after you pre-schedule payments among other things. Their customer service is complete crap and they're notorious for opening up fake accounts. I can't believe i am actually saying this but I've had so much better luck with Bank of America overall which used to have a notorious reputation for being problematic. I'll never bank With Wells Fargo ever again
