Every single time I’m here there’s a problem of some sort where an account is accidentally closed or their system isn’t working. Closed on Saturdays. Horrible service.Do yourself a favor and bank anywhere else

One teller only with a long line. The rest of employees are just seating ob the back and watching the line. Shut this branch down or fix it

Had a great experience with this branch. They were friendly and also ready to help out with my requests. Kenichi Yamauchi was so very helpful during my visit over there. Any requests that is needed to be tended in person, I recommend this branch.

This branch should be shut down! Come in for a wire nobody can wire by appointment only..One banker and one teller! Getting a new bank..

Place is terrible, they have like 8 employees and only 2 are helping people out when there’s a long line. Super happy i’m a Navy Federal customer, way better than this terrible bank. Took me 25 min to deposit a check, completely ridiculous, don’t have 8-10 people here if only 2 are gonna do their job. Horrible.

Last year I closed an account for a deceased family member and it was a confusing and traumatic experience. Later I talked on the phone to the manager and asked for a follow up email about what went wrong and never got one. I regret going there to do the closer, it made a difficult time in our life even more difficult.

Wells Fargo was charging me some Fees to my account and I didn’t know why, but Amberly Vu help me and explained to me and my son why, she was so clear and patient with me, my son had to translate to me but she was so nice. I ask for her business card, ( it was like a week ago) so I can leave this for her. Thank you.

It is absolutely ridiculous that this bank is only open from 9 to 5. I'm pretty sure most people work during these hours and can't get here during these hours. There is no reason why you guys can't be open until at least 6. It is extremely frustrating that you guys aren't even trying to be there for your customers.
