This bank is the worst!! My boss has banked at Wells Fargo for many years and I have came here to cash my check over a hand full of times. While I do understand they will not remember everyone, I always specifically have a hard time Siniua? I also understand that they have a job to do but somehow things never go smoothly with this lady. If it was just one maybe two times , fine. It is just not a pleasure here at this specific location and by looking at the reviews I am not the only person that agrees customer service here is not great at all. If you want to continue having a great day keep going to the next Wells Fargo. I will say on a positive note, there is a new young lady with big beautiful curls that was very accommodating with a great demeanor and I apologize for not asking her name.

Have you met an AMAZING Banker? We have! His name is Jorge L. at WFB at the RB location.We had a very long and complex series of transactions due to a death in the family and Jorge professionally handled it all!He is one of the most amazing bankers that I have ever met!Thank you Jorge for your professionalism and your prompt attention to handling our affairs!

Had a concern regarding cashier checks from 4 years ago. After much help from Joel, Rhieanna, and James. I was able to get it situated. Very patient people.

Went in to this branch at 3 pm on a Wednesday. Withdrew $520 from the teller to take to my other bank in order to make my car payment. Turns out they gave me a counterfeit $100 bill. Went back to tell them and the branch manager tells me tough luck.Seriously? This is a bank. When I come here to withdraw money it should be secure and guaranteed not counterfeit. I don’t have $100 to throw away. Please don’t go to this branch because they hand out counterfeit bills. I’ll be closing all my accounts and recommend everyone stay away from Wells Fargo.

I had a friend go online and begin opening an account at Wells Fargo. I enjoy using Wells Fargo that is why I recommend my friend. I have backed with Wells Fargo for many years now! Today at 4 Pm he went with his online paperwork to open it because he had trouble online. There was a person a new person who also needed assistance from a blind girl. They refused to open the account for my friend because although he was there at 4 pm she said they close at five pm. The girl said that my friends needs to go and Google another place to open his account even after the trainee Personel pulled all his information he had started online. My friend asked to make an appointment and they told him no because they only service business accounts because they are very busy all day. Although my friend had two checks to deposit to open an account and he took off work an hour early to open his account since he works around the corner they still denied him. I am so saddened by this situation! I review on Google constantly where I hang out with my friend which I had referred to Wells Fargo today. I had never experienced this type of behavior from anyone! My friend and our little group go out constantly from coast to coast and never in our lifetime experience such a rudeness especially on a new account! Money helps the community move around! Money makes Money! There is no reason in earth not to own an account which only takes about 20 to 45 minutes according to the blind lady at the bank! This lady appeared to be around her late 30’s and she was directing the other teller on what to say embarrassing the 25 year old male trying to figure why he could not open a new account! Such a pathetic situation, they told him to go online and start over. This almost sounds like a racist situation! I would give a negative stars but this won’t let me so I had to give it a one star.

Do not recommend going to this branch and looking to talk to a banker! Went to the branch twice. The first time, they said they didn't have any bankers available and said they would call me tomorrow when bankers were available. However, they never called. The second time, I stood there for 30 mins to wait for a banker to open an account, and no one came up to me and asked how they could help. So, I went to the branch twice and got nothing done.

Wells Fargo is one of the biggest banks in the USA....do better with your flags on your poles. Can you please buy a new California and American flag for your poles out front? This is a town that is loaded with active and retired military. Embarrassing! Photo from my vehicle but noticed the bad condition of the flags while at the post office across the street.

Deposited a check. Waited for two days. Money is still not in my account. Came here. Manager doesnt feel comfortable clearing the hold. System says funds will be released in 7 days. Total of 9 days! Called the other bank - bank says the money is was debited the day check was deposited.No apologies, nothing.Manager just walked away without a word. I had to call to ask what she is doing.In addition to banking system issues there are some serious customer service issues even at the bank manager level:))

One teller on a Saturday. Line out the door. The one and only day I not working and able to get my banking done but the wait was too long. Very sad and very poor service on your part, Wells Fargo. I’ve been a customer for 20 years but thinking it’s time to move to localCredit union.

Very professional people to work with. Always accommodating. I have reached there without appointments few time for Notary or other services and they have always accommodated me.
