I went to Wells Fargo on Balboa Avenue on Monday , January 8, 2024 and can not thank enough for the help of your staff, Sam. He is very professional , knowledgeable, detail oriented person. I was seen right away and helped me with my problem. Please be sure the bank keep Sam as their manager. Thanks again Sam !!!

The branch manager here needs to have some more training! The atm wouldn’t let me pull out my payroll money that was deposited the same day I went to this branch. So I go in with my id and debit card but she said there is no signature or id on file like what!? But everything matches I have my state id right here so I am getting punished for a mistake they made when they opened the account but I’m showing you statements from my online app and my state id to confirm my id along with my debit pin but I can’t pull out my money crazy! She said I have to wait for someone to change my information but they have no one available on a Thursday at 10:30!!! Clearly I was the wrong race and she didn’t want to help sad this bias still happens in 2023. So now I’m without cash but my payroll deposit just came through but my money is being held hostage for a mistake they made. Not cool had to get a loan from a family member and I just got paid this is what happens when your black in America stay away from Wells Fargo!!!

They told me they can’t cash a money order. I’ve been getting paid rent for years with a money order and have never had an issue. I looked at the teller like she was crazy and told her that then magically they could cash it. Wells Fargo is the worst large bank in the country. I hope they fail

Been a Wells Fargo customer for decades and unfortunately just discovered exactly how little my business, including several accounts which have underpaid interest on 5 figure balances, means to them. NOTHING. This is the greediest bank in the country and San Diego branch personnel are arrogant and useless.

I walked in to see a banker without an appointment... so I expected to deal with a wait. However, not being acknowledged for 45 minutes was incredibly frustrating. That said, while sitting there I saw two people with appointments have their allotted time come and go, being 30+ minutes behind. So appointment times don't seem to be honored either.45 minutes later somebody gives me a second of their time to ask what I need. I'm told bankers are completely booked and can't help me. What a freaking waste. Had someone acknowledged my existence initially, i'd be understanding and happy to come back another time. But to let someone sit in your lobby for 45 minutes while avoiding eye contact and being weirdos about it... just to turn them away for a fairly simple banking task (i'm talking like a 10-15 minute thing) is awful service.

Treated me like a criminal , lady did multiple head nudges and was acting like I was dangerous , I’ve never been more embarrassed. The other lady was nice and at least spoke to hear me out . Should fire the racist though . Will never come here again

I have one simple question about trying to get my card back after the atm ate it. I would prefer to just pick up my card I don't want to wait a week for a new one. I've been working everyday from 7-5 so I've called the bank for 3 days and NO ANSWER. I've called at different times, I've even called at least 5 different branches to attempt and get transferred but no one answers. Terrible. Customer. Service.

Every time I come here the line is long! It doesn't matter what time or day it is. I guess I will change banks because they obviously don't care about customer service.

SLOW and never enough help. This location is terrible. I work during the week 7-3:30. The only time to come is afternoon and it there is always two tellers and a line of 30 people while 2 supervisors just look on. Avoid coming here.

I've had enough of this branches trash ATMs jamming up on everyone multiple times a week and then them telling me I can't access that money for 2 days. Sort your trash ATMs out! It happens all week long at this location! They also never answer their phones, so good luck try to talk to someone about it. I'm finally breaking up with this and heading across the road to San Diego County Credit Union.
