I was asking for one paper from my account the lady said I have to come back in two hours because she has a line and I was in line but she did not help I don’t recommend anyone to go there , they have very bad customer service.

Banker Celeb was very rude. I just wanted to open an account and had a side remark under his voice saying "boring" during the appointment.. Bro it is not my job to entertain you, but your job sir, and your only job, is to open my account. If you don't like you're played out position go find another field to work in. The outside of the building is covered in graffiti and you have to look over your shoulder every time you're at the ATM. Just unprofessional

I made an appointment 3 times to open a business account, and when I arrived at the bank at the appointed time, I was told that the appointment was cancelled, why it was three times, and why no email was sent to confirm my appointment with me. I need to set aside one day to do this Things, wasted a lot of time, why.

Horrible experience! I am a foreign student and I transfered money from Europe to my american account. There was an error made by Wells Fargo who is partnered with the website WISE that I used. Money didnt arrive, I was told it has to be in the hand of Wells Fargo, which refused to help me. Instead they gave me a number that did not even exist anymore. Time, nerves and 3 days were wasted trying to get my money. After 3 weeks the money arrived - no excuse, no reason, nothing.

It’s all on your risk if you go there either closed or shorten staff. Should call first or find different branch.

The new manager sucks, so rude her name is SANDRA ANTICONA.I've been using this branch for the past 5 years for my business. All employees are nice accept the new manager, she has no knowledge at all. ( Thumbs down Wells Fargo )

In addition to their ridiculous account fees, which include a $12.50 fee for using your own money for overdraft protection, they have closed down both branches that are convenient to where I live, wait times when I have to call are often 30 minutes +, they no longer offer temporary debit cards when the customer falls victim to fraud...which literally hangs their customers out to dry with little access to their money while waiting for the new debit card to arrive. I have been personally impacted by Covid and the bank has shown little to no sympathy in relation to forgiveness of overdraft fees arising from my difficulties. I'm closing my accounts at the nearest available opportunity. F*** Wells Fargo.

This is the worst Wells Fargo in the world ! They are closed on Monday and there atm machine does not accept cash deposit. Close for good !!

It’s almost always a good experience except for recently, as online it says this location is open but when I got there it was closed…this may be a very simple thing but it really cost me time, money (cuz gas isn’t free!), and effort. I finally got to the location and empty parking lot and no obvious reason for it to be closed. Very frustrating!!

We had issues with the bank manager when we were resigning our WF home refinance papers. We had an appointment and they acted like we were trying to steal something.We had to drive across town to complete the WF paperwork. I filed a complaint but nothing came of it. WF needs more diversity in its office.

They really don’t know how to do anything , I’ve opened business account with as LLC and the banker have told me can’t be able to transfer between my account because it’s LLC but went to Wells Fargo in different branch and they were able to help me with that
