Jahkaya was super rude. She misread a deposit and yes maybe my writing could’ve been better but when I told her she made a mistake she seemed annoyed and told me ok we’ll wait for me to finish the other deposits which is fine but the way she said it was rude. Then I ask her if she can give me the deposits one by one to verify another mistake isn’t made and she doesn’t say a word just hands them over. There was a mix up with another deposit and her manager was was rude about that as well. Usually I deal with shayna and David and they’re usually nice but these guys were rude.

Honestly everyone but Esmeralda is really nice here. Every time I come she’s never smiling and appears annoyed. She also tries to find things to trip you up on like minor details on checks or money orders they have the signature and date but she’ll be like so and so is missing

The workers are so rude and give everyone a hard to cash out their money. It's a very stressful environment and would not go there anymore.

Wonderful first experience here with Wells Fargo! The person assisting me named Gloria was super sweet and helpful, my great experience is definitely because of her, a bundle of sunshine ☀️ thanks so much!

The best bank and it deserves five stars. They have Banker his name JESUS MACIAS who serves customers with a smiling face and is very kind and answers every question accurately and very knowledgeably. I wish him all the best and success because he serves customers in the best way.

Went in to open a account with my daughter; after just dealing with horrible customer service from the Lemon Grove branch. Gloria D. was amazing. Her customer service skills, her outgoing personality, her compassion for helping person shows in her work, and her well versed knowledge. She went out of her way to make sure we were 100% set before leaving the building. Thank you Gloria for you excellent customer service. Personnel as yourself are a great asset to the company. If ever in need of opening an account as Wells Fargo; I highly recommend this certain branch located on Euclid. Ask for Gloria!!!! All tellers are great too Thank you!!

Waited over 30mins, only 5 people ahead of me. Only 2 tellers and the line is out the door. Then closed a teller...WTF???? Never again. Not very friendly.

Súper disappointed. Made my appointment and they called me to confirm and I show up and they tell me my banker was not available that day. This was my third attempt trying to talk to them. I’m so done with Wells Fargo

Waiting in line for almost 55 minutes. Only one window open and 5 employees in the back of the teller just looking around and walking like security or something. I would love to give a 0 start to these locations

HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would but it doesn’t let me. do not make an appointment here at all!!!! so ridiculous. I had made an appointment two weeks in advance to speak with a banker. Eventually that didn't happen they had me waiting thirty minutes!!! there was only one lady there which was on the phone and did not hesitate to let me know she will be busy. They are understaff. The dude more like the security guy that is in charge of the door has no manners what so ever he is rude and so unpleasant!! there was a long line and one teller like… the heck is that??? There should be more than one teller! Ugh
