normally when I come here they are really nice and helpful, but today they were rude and basically sent me away and said there was nothing they could do. They need to work on the customer service cause they suck. I won't go here again. I now what to switch banks.

Called to ask a question regarding my paycheck. The woman who answered was EXTREMELY rude. Made me feel like an idiot for asking a normal question. I feel literally sick to my stomach because of the way she talked to me. She had an accent, not sure what her name was. Never calling this bank ever again.

manager couldn't help me wire money into escrow, he said that everyone was busy but I noticed people were just standing around...the branch on Washington was more accommodating and friendly.

Horribly run/mismanaged location. I stopped in here yesterday for what should have been a quick in & out ordeal. Wrong. Long waits paired with untrained employees resulted in garbage customer service overall. The best part is, while the teller windows are understaffed, there are multiple other employees chatting, watching stuff on their phones, etc. The manager of this place needs to go, and it’s obvious.

I feel like now days, bank associates sense of urgency has gotten worse and worse as the years go by. I miss the old banking days when customer service was real.

Only one teller working a busy morning. There were at least four other bankers behind the teller talking amongst themselves and scattering like critters when customers would walk in.

Waited a very long time in line to be later told I needed to be in another line to take out cash. This lady came up to me only after she had a long conversation with other people. And she said another person was waiting longer than I when I saw him walk in and I had already been standing there for 20+ minutes.

Good afternoon everybody! Firstly, I would like to report my extreme indignation to an employee of this agency, Renata, I believe she is a manager. She was super disrespectful to me and treated me like I was trash, she didn't help me and didn't solve my problem. She attacked me with words and offended me. she was supposed to treat people politely, and when I asked her if she was treating me that way because I was black and spoke Portuguese, there was a huge silence in the air, she didn't apologize and attacked me with words, man. Husband was outside waiting for me and saw me crying, asked why, I told him and he went there to find out what happened. I am extremely disappointed with this agency, and I have cried a lot feeling bad and depressed, precisely because I don't understand why I was treated this way, I even apologized for something I had done without even knowing, and the same He kept yelling at me like a crazy person. I left there, shaking a lot and crying, my head started to hurt. I intend to continue with my account at this bank, but I don't intend to go to this agency, I'm scared and traumatized.

Worse customer service ever , they put an additional line for business accounts but they completely excluded you for any customer service, instead of looking into give you a better experience they make sure you feel like they don’t want business accounts at this branch . This is the only branch were they do this, every time I come is the same nightmare and not just to me this is to every person on the business line , they always skipped us even when they fully staff they finish first the people who got there after you on the regular line and Management has zero care , he see you waiting there for up to 30 minutes and will still not care at all . I tried avoiding to come to this branch for this reason but Unfortunately this is the nearest location to my business . Staff Is pretty friendly just the organization and management is not there. The fact that they skipped the business line in purpose make the whole experience the worse. If they are not willing to serve the business line they should just remove it. They just using it to make sure you be help at the end .

Very bad direct customer service. I wouldn't recommend this bank. We have Bank Of West as well and have had an easier time with them. If your trying to talk to a person at Wells Fargo it is hard. I've called multiple locations in the area and no one answers and the customer service number online no one answers or it is just automated options. Sucks when your in need of a real person. Automated systems do not have all the options you need.

I've been a lifelong Wells Fargo customer but this branch makes me want to bank elsewhere. Their customer service model is in desperate need of a revamp. Several visits here as it is in the middle of Mission Valley. Never a quick stop at this location. Slow moving lines, tellers haven't been super friendly/helpful and should you need anything urgent that requires a true banker, you'll need an appointment :/// Would recommend stopping at the North Park or Point Loma locations if you require services beyond an atm.

My name is Nicole, and I would like to rate this branch. It’s one of the best branch with the most qualified stuff in San Diego. I had an issue with my money , has spent for 6 months trying to solve it with other agents from different branches in San Diego, and in June I came to Mariam, and this brilliant girl made everything possible to find my money!!! Then, with the help of other agents and a manager of this branch, I could return my money back!!!! I am so grateful to this people. They do care about their customers. Now, I only do business with them! Thank you so much for Everything!!!

Horrible experience.A girl named Mariam was assigned to me . She was rude and very unprofessional. I don’t get who or how she even got this job , she needs to train on being more professional and have more work ethics .Do not go there . Worst customer service ever
