    I went there today really disappointed with the service there the lady there was not nice at all
    Closing the account with Wells Fargo is the best option for me

    normally when I come here they are really nice and helpful, but today they were rude and basically sent me away and said there was nothing they could do. They need to work on the customer service cause they suck. I won't go here again. I now what to switch banks.

    Called to ask a question regarding my paycheck. The woman who answered was EXTREMELY rude. Made me feel like an idiot for asking a normal question. I feel literally sick to my stomach because of the way she talked to me. She had an accent, not sure what her name was. Never calling this bank ever again.
