The notary is clueless. I went in to get a doc notarized and she wouldn't notarize the document, but instead added a jurat. When I sent it into the state they wouldn't accept the jurat. So I went back in to make another appointment to have it re-notarized. The manager made a copy of the doc to confirm that the notary would stamp it before I drove back down for the appointment. I didn't hear anything to the contrary so I went to the appointment. The notary again would not notarize the document. A waste of 2 hours for the 3 times i went there. I went to the UPS store and they notarized it no questions asked.

I have been a customer at this branch for about a year now. I moved to an apartment nearby and this is my neighborhood bank. It has been a pleasure banking here and the staff is very courteous. The online services really make banking convenient.

Worst banking experience ever they treated me like I can own a business? Amanda Asked so many different paperwork that other banks didn't ask for so unprofessional stay away bank somewhere else plus she had me fill our a credit card application knowing the bank was taking away credit cards and lines of credit!

Every day this place has a line out the door, yet they only have two tellers working. The poor tellers are doing their best, but this place clearly needs a manager who cares about customer service.

I waited 15 minutes to get up to a teller there was only two people at the wind o I was next Slow tellers, I accidentally took my Wells Fargo credit card instead of my Wells Fargo ATM I was making a $500 cash deposit I also my Costco card with my picture on it -my phone which I can log into my account and prove that it's me and they would not except my deposit because I didn't have my drivers license This makes no sense I wasn't making withdrawal I was making a $500 cash deposit. Meanwhile in my car was milk -ice cream- other frozen foods it was a waste of my time there's an exception to every rule it absolutely makes no sense if somebody wants to make a cash deposit into an account without an ID especially showing a Wells Fargo visa & Costco's photo visa- I understand if it was a check but not cash terrible customer service!

I've just recently moved to California. EVERY BANK,& person within them gave me such a hard time . I came to this Wells Fargo and had an amazing woman named Elisable help me. She was so efficient, clear and direct. Best customer service I've experienced since I've been out here. THANKYOU.

Typical Wells Fargo. 3 ATM's, none of them working. Went inside, 5 people behind the tellers glass and only two tellers assisting customers. One avoided eye contact, two standing behind the desk with a glazed look sipping their soft drink. I guess the new CEO hit the ground running. Time to find a new bank.
