I went to request that a person be added to my account so that she could have a card through my account. The person at the counter told me that she did not make cards that I had to call Costumer Service and that they could help me there. I just said. I spoke to Costumer Service and they told me that they were not going to help me with that, I have to go to the bank, how is it possible that neither of the two parties can help me with that.

I can't speak on behalf of most things at this bank but I can tell you that I will never be coming back to this bank ever again. The level of customer service and how bad it Is can be felt from the second I walked in. I asked a lady sitting at a desk about opening an account and her response was, "I was trying to leave." Regardless I had the chance to speak with Alfredo and set up a time to Open an account. He makes up some excuse as well about how understaffed they are. 5 minutes into my visit and two employees have either made it very apparent that they don't want to help me or if they do but it can't be now. I come back for my appointment a few days later and now NO ONE IS THERE. I took the time out of my day, got my baby ready and dressed, did the same, juggled my day just to get this done.......IT WAS A GHOST TOWN. No One showed up for my appointment and when I called the phone number I was given, no one even picked up. I wish I could give this bank 0 stars. 50 minutes after my appointment time I get a call from Alfredo with some more excuses about why he couldn't make my appointment. Well Alfredo make better decisions, take better notes, manage your calendar better. Do something because the way you handled this future customer you just made a past time of having one less customer and one truthful review on yelp to add to your 1.9 star bank. Good luck.

I have been a Wells client for 15 plus years. I am also a retired banker of 30 years. I avoid this branch because they are never adequately staffed and if you do not have an appointment the platform help does not has you to wait, they want you to go away. Today was an all time low in service. The Rep in desk 1 was irked that she was to help me add beneficiaries. She explained why she could not help. She tried to explain the legal reason, she had no clue of the true legal reasons. I was embarrassing for her. But over and above she lack of knowledge, her put upon and unfriendly attitude made me wonder why she has this position?

Hello all, I just want to share my great experience with their customer service at this location. I didn't have an appointment with them, for some reason, it was hard to get an appointment online. I was seen by Angel. She took care of my daughter and me with her professional expertise and manner. I want to say how grateful I am with her help. I will absolutely recommend this place to come. Thank you again Angel!!

The wait at this branch was unacceptable. There was plenty of staff at the time I was there but only two tellers were open yet they had 7 total windows. I left with the impression that Wells Fargo really isn’t interested in good customer service.

The slowest bank ever.. so glad I don't bank w these people. I just came to make a deposit for my landlord and it took me 1hr , it really feels like they doing this on purpose the tellers like to look out and see the frustration on peoples faces. They really get a kick out of it since they be talking to each other with a stupid smile on their faces. I'm not making this up, it's 2:31pm too, on a weekday.

Branch 92. Today 1211pm Went to cash my final paper check from a large fast food franchisee in CA. The teller, Enedina was trying to verify a check drawn off of the same account as my employer. She couldn't verify the check. I then put the owner on speaker phone and explained how the bank was trying to blame the employer for not wanting to cash the check. He let her have it....then she calls me stupid for calling him. Then charges me $7.50 to cash a check drawn on their own bank. My former employer was fantastic!

Definitely do not go here to get quarters. Look at these mangled quarters they gave me! Every single coin in the roll was like this. Obviously I’m going to be using these in a machine; why would you do this to people? They’re unusable. I wasted $10.

I had to go into a branch to open an account and made an appointment here. My banker was super friendly and capable and she got my account open with no hassles. I actually came from another Wells Fargo branch who couldn't keep their appointments so I was praying that this one would be better and it was. This place does get really crowded but it's not understaffed so the line moves fairly quickly. I don't give many five-star reviews but this place definitely earned it. I would definitely bank here again.

This branch/bank disappoints me every time more and more. Twice I tried and failed to withdraw the maximum amount allowed from the indoor ATM. First time I waited 10min for an approval. Ended up giving up waiting and went to the clerk side. Second time I tried the same transaction and was waiting for approval for about 2min and suddenly my transaction was canceled. I ended up going to a clerk and made my withdrawal. This bank/branch are a total disappointment. I definitely need to start banking somewhere else.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Go to any other bank… they waste my time and every time I come here for any issue they are clueless and just stare at me with blank faces. I have gone to so many other branches and every time I come here I completely dread it. The wait times are always 30 minutes. The staff need more training. This branch should just be turned into an atm…
