Been a WF customer for 15+ years. Worst branch experience I've ever had. The teller who helped me was neither courteous nor competent. They really should strive for at least one of those criteria.

Why you have machines inside if you not approve money and stand up around, make eye contact with me and go back inside? One lady took my mom check and write on on it my mom ssn just in case it was fake. Just rasict teller.

The bad reviews make sense. My teller, Ceci was honestly unpleasant to work with. She seemed very uninterested in her job, didn't smile once. Didn't ask me if I wanted my cash in any smaller denominations and honestly, her off-putting demeanor made me not want to ask.
