Do NOT bank with Wells Fargo!! I have been with them since 2005. I recently lost my wallet and had my debit card used fraudulently within 30 minutes. I called Wells Fargo as soon as I got home and told them I lost my wallet with all my credit cards in it. Because it was my debit card that was used they would not refund the 41.00 that the low life charged for gas on my card. Why would I defraud my bank of 41$ when I have been with them for 18 years!! This whole thing caused such great distress and to know that a theif could somehow use my debit card that should have required my pin is beyond me. It gave me great pleasure to close my checking, savings and 2 credit card accounts with Wells Fargo. Coorporate greed and not having a customers bank was all it took for me to sever my ties with them.

Joseph Abraham is a scholar and a gentleman he's a professional at what he does! I am truly grateful for the financial advice he has given for me and my family to better myself and grow as an individual. I had no knowledge of credit and how it works. He was supportive and took the time to explain to me in detail. I highly recommend to him if anyone has questions regarding financial advice. He even gave me tips and recommendations for certain ways to establish my credit. Truly appreciate you Joseph! Wellsfargo he is the definition of what makes your business! God bless my friend thank you for everything.

This branch desperately needs more tellers. Two tellers with a line out the door. One manager who seemed to need to help the two tellers every other minute

Great service, friendly and efficient. Ran in two minutes before closing on a Saturday and they advised me about how to handle a transaction, even though I don't bank there. Nicely done!

Stopped in to get a fee waived, was told that I needed to speak to a banker but he was going on lunch and couldn’t make time. I asked if I could leave my info and have him call me back, I didn’t think it would take long to reverse a fee? The tellers were trying to ask him what to do but he just gave me them advice to tell me to call customer service and he didn’t have time for me. I left and the next day I went to the Wells Fargo in Hillcrest and asked for a banker to waive the fee, they said none were in at the moment, I left and within a half hour the branch manager at the hillcrest location gave me a call and said she could submit the fee reversal on my behalf. So If you want customer service, I suggest the hillcrest location.

Sometimes it’s easier to just park on Dove St rather than deal with all the traffic in the parking lot

Short staffed, ridiculously long lines and wait times, parking is horrible. Definitely find another branch.

Joe Abraham attended to my mom (80’s) & I. Very accommodating, pleasant personality and the most attribute - patience! The other day he dealt with my dad (90’s). Dealing with seniors that seem like dejavú -each time you give or explain something… I just said that 2 minutes ago! Joe here’s blessings to you. Finally, he help set up the direct deposit. Whew! Saved me from doing it.

I worked with Ian a business banker today and several other times. I am always impressed with his professional demeanor and intent to help resolve any issues. I did think to myself while he was working on my project that he can definitely run a Branch of his own. He's motivated and always so darn chipper. 5 Stars for Ian. He's consistently great.I did take one star off because the banking hours are so limited, so short, especially on Saturday being open for only a few hours. I would like to see normal banking hours resume soon.I like this Mission Hills branch very much and hope they continue to staff it well. Keep it up!

Unfortunately, this is a negative review. The tellers are fantastic, however there was a gentleman ( I'm being kind saying that) was in a hurry and was rushing me to go to the teller which I did not hear was ready for me. So I asked her since she was still counting money from her last customer or guest interaction. This man had a tantrum because he felt I should've questioned him. Anyways, he called me a "****** and told me to "shut the f*** up". My disappointment is more on the male staff that heard him and did nothing. He kept berating me and I just told him he was being a brat which he said he was and since no staff at Wells Fargo did anything I had to defend myself. I never berated him. He kept yelling, that he had money and was a wealthy lawyer and that all I had was the tattoos on my legs. "Sir, why were you looking at my legs, you like them". It's a shame that men have the audacity to feel grand by berating others. I run two successful business and this is my bank. How am I to feel safe if no staff member stands up when another guest is being bullied. There was even a manager conducting a phone interview on speaker phone, he could've come out. Super disappointed. I feel bad for the two young ladies that were tellers at the moment. They looked like they wanted to say something but feared his wrath. Wells Fargo you can do better!!!
