A huge THANK YOU to Heather who went above and beyond to help me with my business account that was closed recently due to loss prevention. I was treated with the utmost professionalism and patience as I walked in very frustrated. She immediately took my case seriously and began making calls to see what we needed to do to make sure my business account could be up and running again. Thank you Heather for going beyond what I expected and for updating me multiple times during the process and communicating everything to a branch that's closer to my house so I didn't have to start from scratch! We need more Heathers in this world! You're the BEST!

I had a unique transaction on cashing series EE bonds for my conserved son. I made an appointment and before I came in I confirmed what documentation they might need was clear what I needed to do. Also, that my conserved son would be driven to the branch 25 miles away and don't want to waste his time etc. once we came in with docs and ID ( I've had an account at wells for 30 years and am a premier client) they said they couldn't cash the bonds because my son doesn't have an account. And would be happy to open an account!!! He can't have an account because he's conserved. He can't legally be bonded to anything . They have no regard for their clients time. I went out of my way to make sure what I needed to do and was it possible. All the bankers at this branch have no idea what they're doing. Wells Fargo just interested in opening accounts. Very frustrated.

Very intrusive tellers. They said their policy is to have personal contact to clients, so they need to know them personaly to serve them. Very impolite, arogant staff. Never received my check supposed to be in the mail. They mailed it to wrong address. Dont trust them with your money.

Call several times, no answer, they don’t care! Pretty bad worker attitude here \\u0026 almost all branches nowadays. Who care about customer service? Not WFB.

This is the worst bank ever! There is never a banker to talk to. Only tellers! I'm going to close my account asap!

This branch has absolutely horrible and disrespectful customer service. They give inconsistent information that is confusing and not helpful with regards to accounts and money management. Either the branch manager, or some other manager was very disrespectful and didn't take the time to listen to my needs. I will never go back. More than likely will not continue to be a Wells Fargo customer. For additional context, I've been a Wells Fargo customer for over 15 years and I have been personally visiting this branch for five years now. I've had other similar and poor experiences, but thought today I should actually write about it and post a review. I hope this is helpful and Wells Fargo corrects the issue at a corporate level. A couple of managers who work there should not be in the customer service industry.

I see some of the less than great reviews previously posted on Yelp here, BUT I just had my first experience today at the La Jolla WF branch and it was GREAT!!! I came in already annoyed with WF in general, having made MULTIPLE calls into the 1-800 WF number over the past 36 hours or so with nothing but the run around of department transfers and misinformation given-sooo frustrating. However, the in-person customer care I received today at this branch was EXCELLENT-THANK YOU Clarissa, John & Jasmine!!! You ALL really helped me resolve my 36 hour old problem and with a smile (even though I was a bit grouchy). I felt they all went ABOVE & BEYOND to see my problem through to an actual resolution. Thank you for your patience, kindness & determination helping me today. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this branch! :)

I been here a few times when I first saw the reviews could not believe the low stars. Now I complete understand there looking ranking and they probably deserve less stars. There typical always a line with a wait around 10 min. The staff and the manger have no concept of customer service and the incompetence is shocking. They can't have a standard policy. The manger kept changing her story. The manger actually accused me of trying to bring bad check in (bad mean they would bounce) without even look at the check that I had in public. The check that I actually had was from a major finical company. It ironic I went to another well Fargo right after this one and had no issue with my request which it took less than 2 min at the other Wells Fargo location. The teller at the other location was nice

I don't like to be negative, but this branch is bad. Specifically the service I received from HEATHER NOE. She is not a customer service inclined person and very unhelpful. While I was there it was myself and one other person, we were complaining about her and that she provided the worst customer service, she literally doesn't care about your needs. She just brushes them off and says she's all alone. There was no one in the branch when we were talking to her. Wells Fargo has really went downhill. This used to be a great bank now it's one of the worst, I'm disgusted.

I have had good experience with tellers at this bank. Where things fall apart is when you want to see a banker. You cannot call the bank and expect someone to actually answer! Ridiculous. If you are a walk in you take your chances that someone is out sick etc.If you do manage to reach someone they shrug it off as "we are short staffed"Do we need a physical location if bankers are not there? I would be concerned for my job if I worked there. If Wells Fargo was not so convenient, I would leave especially after the unethical way Wells Fargo has done business in the past (read about it online).

Needed a simple ATM replacement card. No customers were being seen by staff and the manager refused to help with anything (guy that looked like Philip Seamour Hoffman) . I understand the need for appointments for more pressing matters but, this was just a severe lack of customers service. Something that could have taken 30 seconds. The review probably won't be read anyways but...I won't be back. Wouldn't help to come back anyways!UPDATE: Went to Wells Fargo in PB and they took care of me in 2 min and 30 seconds. F-U Philip! Next time I'm in La Jolla I'll remember to wear my ascot.

Convenient location. Street parking available out front, but not a drive through.

Overall I am happy with my business checking account at Wells Fargo. The reason for my one-star rating is this morning I noticed a $3 charge on my account for "ONLINE DEP DETAIL & IMAGES - BOB." That charge is appropriate only if someone asked online for more information about a deposit sometime during the month. I have never made such a request. There was an identical $3 charge on the account two months ago. I called my business partner, the only other person with access to the account. He denied ever asking for such information. So I visited the bank in person. The bank rep could not tell me what days the information was requested or which of the two users had triggered the charges. The $6 was put back into my account.
