I had to put 1 star review just because I want everyone to know this branch is very races, no customer service very rude and not friendly. Mary, was very rude, unprofessional. I went to withdraw cash, they refused to service me just because they said the signature was not matching what in the system and suspended the transaction. They did not even ask for my driver license or my debit card or a second form of ID to compare or to confirm this is me. Mary was very rude and not helpful.She refuse to process the transaction because of my signature but when I went to the second teller she said oh your signature match now!!! How come its matching now? Then when I told her here is the old signature what’s the difference? She took both papers and shredded both of them!!! They refused to give them to me. I asked for a manager at 12pm they said they don't have manager, then few minutes later a manager assistant came out to talk to me and said I finish work at 4:00pm if you want me to help you, you have to wait for me until 4pm, so waiting 4 hours to have money back?? I been a wells fargo customer for over 10 years and never had any issues before! Very rude and Unprofessional staff!!

So I come to this place once in awhile I live right across the street from it, so far never expected for me to give this place a bad review I've been standing in line for about over 5 minutes but there is nobody in front of me. only one person in the bank and they're doing a business transaction and there's about few people that are standing around not doing anything but asking me questions about what am I doing as far as having a check or transaction or a deposit instead of going over the counter, and taking care of the situation, just stands right next to me, and Waiting with me at the same time that I'm waiting for another teller to come and help me as the time goes by, during those five minutes that person is done being helped and up next so now I have to go to the end of the counter instead of in front of me? -_- I don't care about the well it's about the windows that are intent of me and not being used. For what ever reason?

This place has no cardless atms then proceeds to use all tellers to work on one case. No apologies or sense of urgency.

Wells Fargo is a predatory and unethical bank that preys on its customers when they are desperately in need of their stimulus money in order to feed their children, pay their mortgage, and the basics for survival.Other banks are releasing their customers’ stimulus money from the federal government as soon as they receive it. Wells Fargo, on the other hand, chose to hold its customers money during a national crisis for their own financial gain at the very time when people needed their money the most.Despite being sued and fined millions of dollars from regulators for fraud and crimes against its customers, Wells Fargo continues with its unethical business practices and possible criminal activity defrauding its very own customers.I will be closing my account of ten years with Wells Fargo, as well as, write about its unethical business practices in my blog and Twitter account, of which I have a considerable following, so that I can warn others not to do business with them.Shame on you, Wells Fargo!

Disabled man needed his statement printed out and rather than one of the employees who sit in a booth help him, they opted to have the man stand up and work with the teller. Truly poor service

Best Wells Fargo in San Diego. I always enjoy going to this location because they are fast and friendly. Today I had Bahar as my teller and she was extremely helpful. I appreciate your time and assistance with figuring out my exchange rate for another country. You were very nice and accommodating. See you next time

This branch seems to be discriminating depending on culture how you look and if they know you or not just like everybody else that is giving them this one star reviews that they've been getting I felt that I was mistreated there .Where other branches when they cashed my company check that was issued on a Wells Fargo check account did not charge me to cash the checks but this branch and that manager that works there by the name of Mika I think like to discriminate against people that she doesn't like personally or something because I explained to her that the other Branch did not charge me the $7.50 to cash my check that she wants to charge me and that they waived it she tells me I have the right not to waive it and I'm not going to. Well you are the reason why people are not switching back to Wells Fargo I used to have Wells Fargo when Wells Fargo had very good customer service and now customer service there is a rarity so good luck Wells Fargo keep hiring people like Mika and see how far you going to get.
