I went to make a deposit for a friend as I do every month and it's always the same thing. Two people at the window and they're taking a long time and they don't bother to open up another teller. Window. I asked the manger why he doesn't open another window he just came out with a lame excuse and wasn't very nice either. He is more interested in making money for the bank than taking care of customers. Long waiting times and they don't care.

This location is the worse! Always super slow and always just 1 or 2 tellers working even when there's a long line. Sometimes 3 others behind the tellers and not doing anything to help!

Super slow. This is a big bank branch. They have 10 teller windows and only one is open. Super irritation making me late for work. 20+ minutes to do a simple check cashing.

I would like to give this Wells Fargo 1 stars because the teller Lexi( a service manager) at that was rude to me and did not want to help me out at all. It wasn't until I went to another bank rep. Named Mariah that help me she was so sweet!! I am extremely disappointed in this. She helped me with all my questions and I was able to get my money off my card.

I've been a Wells Fargo member for many years and the Mira Mesa branch always fails when it comes to having tellers available. On any given day, there are the customers who make withdrawals up the yin yang, collectors who are very selective about the coins they collect, and whatever else customers need that allows them to spend more time in the bank that they need to. I just want to get in and get out as soon as possible to deposit funds but I'm always stuck waiting in line for 10-15 minutes. Since there's always a staffing issue, I can only hope that they get their act together.

Slowest service ever. Time to find a née bank. They never seem to have enough help. Easily a 30 minute wait each day for merchant line

Andres IS THE MAN!!!!! THANK YOU so much for attentive and authentic, you listened and it was effective with what we had to get done. As a business owner communication is huge and you can tell he cares. COVID made life feel like a rollercoaster but it's really great to see somebody still striving to stay positive and give exceptional customer service. High recommend!

AS NEW CUSTOMERS, we went into the bank to buy a foreign currency, since this is the only bank in the area to stock currency. A very rude female teller refused to serve us because we didn't have a debit card, but had a handful of money instead. NO WONDER THIS BANK IS FAILING, IF THEY DON'T WANT CUSTOMERS!

Went in today to deposit a large check but wanted to open a savings account on an existing account was told I'd have to wait for a banker didn't have much time was assured it would be fast 35 mins later I walked out was not even apologized to they didn't seem to care...on top if that I was told initially to sing in on a clip board to save my spot and the banker helped a customer that arrived after me first wtf is it because she's the same race as you or what's that about that's all I can think of.

It's a bank. You deposit your money. You withdraw your money. Service is what is expected with any bank. I have been banking with Wells since I was in High school. Now some (cough cough)years later, I am still with them. I do love the fancy atm machines and the app so I don't deal much inside the branch

S E R V I C E The moment I walked in, I approached a male sitting at his desk and asked if I could get a document notarized. He was very polite and prompt. He wasnt sure what to do but he went to ask the appropriate people. Great service. However, it was such a pain the a** to work with the lady who notarizes documents. Shes gives terrible service. She required other documents that didn't make sense. I've gotten documents notarized before and never asked for useless information. All in all, I walked out. I went to another bank; they just got the job done promptly and asked for the correct information and identification. Never coming back to this location again, if for notary.

I nearly get in a fight every time I come here. The tellers have trouble with the simplest transactions and are snooty and aloof. I have started mailing everything to the Seattle branch and have not had problems since then.
