Experience at this branch is terrible. Tried to get a foreign transaction and the manager called a minute before closing the day I tried to pick it up....left a vague message. Took three calls before getting to a person. The day I tried to go inand check a teller was just chatting with a customer.Was able to come in after leaving work early and while there are like 7 employees walking around only one is doing work. I think it's time to get a new company.

I used this branch (first time) after the opening rush and before the lunch rush. I was first up for the teller at the window. She was very helpful in cashing my personal check. I am very happy with the service at this branch today.

Not open in the weekends and after work hours. Inside the bank is always a line / the more experienced tellers are not helping customers, just observing the trainees.

Long lines on a Friday afternoon and only one teller working the counter. The staff were aware of the issues as the line began to form almost outside the door and frequently apologized to customers for the wait but they would benefit from having another teller up front.

Bank tellers are always so friendly - 4 stars. One person working, two employees (I'm assuming managment) standing around talking. Managers should jump in to support their staff!5 Stars for William Webb - Friendly - Great customer service - wonderful

Trying to open an account and no receptionist. After I waited in the hall for 20 minutes some banker told me they close in 45 minutes. She asked me to wait until next week and make an appointment online. But apparently their online appointment system doesn’t work. There’s no availability at any of the branch. I’m now so confused about opening an account at this bank.Edit: went there again and they helped me out. Nice service this time!

I've had this bank for over 2 years. They're were happy to assist me with nothing but smiles when I had 5,000+ in my accounts (which I did for the first year and 8 months). Even reversed a fee on my savings account in branch without hesitation. But I spent almost all my money on a down payment for a car and immediately after, I got sick and was unable to work even half the hours I used to. So I've been living paycheck to paycheck for the last few months.The way I'm treated now that my account balance is low is a night and day difference from when I had $5,000+ in my account. Once I put in my card and then banker sees my balances, I'm now treated like anything I ask for is a chore for the banker. Incident 1) I cancelled a gym membership on 6/15. I have the emailFrom them that states I canceled it on the 15th. Then on 6/17 the gym charged me another month. The gym refused to refund it, so naturally I turned to my bank thinking they should have my back because I have proof the charge is unauthorized. WRONG! The bank said they can't refund because it was only 2 days after, not 3. They said if I had canceledOn the 14th then they would refund it because that's 3 days. But because the unauthorized charge was only 2 days after I canceled, they won't refund it. WTF?? They should have my back evenIf it was only 1 day after!! I should have cancelled my account then and there but I didn't. And I regret it:Incident 2: my direct deposits always come on the 15th, and my employer screwed everyone this month and didn't deposit until the 19th. I have 4 regular bills that get charged on the 15th-16th that can't be postponed. I called before the charges occurred and asked how overdrafting works. I was told I'd get one overdraft fee for the day and that was it, after that transactions would be declined. WRONG!I WAS CHARGED FIVE $35 overdraft fees! That's $175 in fees for one day of overdraft. That's devastating for someone living paycheck to paycheck. I won't make my bills without that money. I expected one $35 charge but not FIVEI called both chase and Bank of America and asked how they would handle this situation and they BOTH said it would have been just one overdraft fee. I went into this branch and explainedEverything. The manager has the power to reverse these fees but refused. She instead "submitted a complaint on my behalf" while I stood there for 25+ minutes. She finally gave me a complaint number and said someone will call me in 2 days Great. So I still don't have my $175. When they call, if they don't reverse the fees I'll close my account and take my money to chase or B of A since they would have only charged me one fee instead of 5. I don't see how any company can stand behind taking FIVE fees, $175, from an honest working person for ONE ISOLATED INCIDENT. It's borderline criminal.

Banks are banks.With inflation rising, you're better off investing in the makers than saving money on an account.This location is clean and welcoming though.Very easy to get in and out of.
